Gotta celebrate the small stuff!
Just fired off a proposal and estimate to a client who reached out recently. This was a client that responded to my recent Facebook add and completed my service request form. After originally emailing them back and not hearing a word from them I decided to send a follow-up text. Good thing I did because my email had gone straight to spam. This quote was for clearing approximately 1.5 acres. Pair that with another quote that's getting ready to go out and I'll have $20,000 in active quotes just for July alone. Even though I have yet to collect a deposit for anything, I still can't help but feel the excitement building!

How has it all turned out?
HOW TO ELIMINATE CALLBACKS
Call‑backs quietly kill profit. You burn fuel driving back. You pull off another job. You lose momentum. All because you didn’t fix it while your machine was already sitting there. On last week’s OPS training call inside Accelerator, I shared the exact “5‑Star Question” we ask at the end of every single job to turn potential call‑backs into 5‑star reviews and referrals. If you run a skid steer, mulcher, or excavator and you’re sick of call‑backs and bad reviews, you can steal this script.. 🎥 Comment “5 STAR” and I’ll DM you the clip from the live training last Saturday. Inside the full training from last week, we also cover: - The exact review script to use on‑site - How to turn every finished job into 2–3 more jobs - How to create Proof Assets that build trust with your future customers before you ever show up That full Proof & Referrals engine is what we install with you inside OPS ACCELERATOR so you can stack profitable jobs instead of driving back to jobs for callbacks. If you already own a real machine and want to grow with a proven lead engine & simple system, you can apply to join OPS Accelerator here: 👉 CLICK HERE TO APPLY

1. Ryan Murray 2. Northwest Arkansas 3. We sell forestry mulching and land clearing solutions to property owners. Would like to also get into ROW projects for the county and the city. 4. We performed $16,500 worth of work in the month of August 5. I would like to be at 40 - 60K a month for 2-3 months then 100K plus a month there after. 6. This is what’s stopping me: high-quality bid opportunities.

Probably also stopping me is a lack of online presence.

Hey fellas looking for some feedback
I will be launching a forestry mulching specific company with a new 275xe and a fecon head. I filed my LLC with the state and got my EIN. I created my Facebook page and also did my Google account. Soon I’ll be renting a skid steer from cat to take to my buddies property to mulch so I can make content and make videos for my pages. I have a 2022 Chevy 2500 dmax. It is paid off and I am looking for trailer ideas. I DON’T have a flat bed so I am worried about having space on a tandem 10k axle bumper pull trailer. I would like to have a job box for spare parts and maintenance items. Also store a grapple bucket. My truck is setup for a gooseneck as well I know the ride quality is better and I would have more space but is it really necessary? I have a class A CDL. Any input on what I should be doing from now until January when I start scheduling jobs for February would be appreciated and any input on the trailer setup I should go with would also help.

If you got the work lined up, you are ahead my friend. Gooseneck and a 3500 is ideal, but your situation seems excellent to start.
