👉 JOIN LIVE: https://streamyard.com/ab8hr68vwm — the reason to be on the call instead of catching the replay: bring YOUR business and I'll build for it live. Tell me what your AI setup can't do yet and I'll show you exactly how to fix it, or pull up what you've already built and audit it with you on air. No webcam needed — audio-only is fine. Just click in and say what you're working on. Here's the wall almost everybody hits: you get good at AI, and then it's still just you. It only knows what you paste into it. Nobody else on your team can run it. Nothing you've built is visible to anyone but you. This week we take all three of those apart. What you'll watch get built: 1. THE MILLION-TOKEN BRAIN DUMP. As of last week the default model holds a million tokens of context — roughly 555,000 words in one session. So I'm going to stop typing paragraphs at it and instead hand it everything: past proposals, pricing, service agreements, call notes, the SOPs that only live in my head. Then ask the questions it can only answer if it truly read all of it — what do we charge this kind of customer, what's the objection that actually kills our deals, write this proposal the way we really write proposals. No database. No "custom AI" project. I'll show you the catch too, and the one prompt that makes the important parts survive into tomorrow's session. 2. THE BOARD THAT REFRESHES ITSELF. Every AI report you've ever made was dead the moment you made it. We'll build a one-page board from a plain-English sentence and watch it pull your real data every single time it's opened — today's calls, who's waiting on a reply, what got booked this week. Then the part nobody tells you: a live connector-powered page can't be made public, so I'll show you the two-page setup that actually works — the private live board for you, and the clean client-facing page that a scheduled agent quietly updates at the same link, so your client's bookmark is never out of date. 3. PACKAGE IT AND HAND IT OVER. Right now your AI setup is a pile of files that work on exactly one laptop — yours. I'll show you how to package the whole thing (your commands, your specialist agents, the tools it's allowed to touch, your guardrails) into a single install, then install it as a brand-new team member and run it. Private to your business, versioned so people only get updates when you say so. This is how "I'm good with AI" turns into "our whole shop works this way."
