Hello everyone updates
I know I tried to come back a few weeks ago, and then went quiet again. The truth is, the past couple of months have been complicated for me personally — there was work I needed to do on myself, and I felt like I couldn’t show up for you the way I actually want to show up. So I put everything on pause. There are things I missed, and truly apologise for it — mainly not being there when you were waiting for me. I know I said in a previous video that I was back. That wasn’t the right timing. This is. I care about this space, deeply. And I care about you. That hasn’t changed, even in the quiet. Our monthly theme is coming back in September. Before that, here’s what’s confirmed: Monday Aug 17th — I’m live for Q&A and mini readings Saturday Aug 22nd — Live practice session Check the calendar for both — I will be there. And in between, I’m coming back here with regular posts and practice, the way this space deserves. Thank you for your patience with me, and for understanding. I’m truly, fully here now — ready to reconnect, with all of you, in this space I love. 🩷 See you Monday 🙏

Welcome back, @Joanna Cabot ☺️ Life has the capacity to take us out sometimes. Thank you for modeling the importance of self-care.
Hello and updates
Hi everyone! This is an update being back thank you for your love and patience! What's Actually Happening in the Sky This Weekend If this week has felt heavier than usual: foggy, unsettled, like something is trying to move but hasn't quite yet — you're not imagining it. There's a real reason, and it's worth understanding, especially for those of us doing this kind of work. Astrologers have a name for what's peaking this weekend: the Barbault Basket. It's named after André Barbault, a French astrologer who spent decades studying how the slow-moving outer planets — Jupiter, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto — cluster together or spread apart, and what that's historically correlated with. When those planets compress into a tight cluster, it's tended to mark periods of crisis and contraction — the Saturn-Pluto conjunction of 2020 is the example most people point to. When they spread out into supportive angles instead, it's tended to mark periods of rebuilding. From July 19 to 21, these same planets form exactly that kind of supportive pattern — a shape astrologers call a basket, or a cradle. It's a real geometric configuration, not just a metaphor, and it lasts about 72 hours. Some are calling it one of the most significant configurations of the decade. I'm not going to tell you this guarantees anything, for the world or for you personally — nobody gets to promise that, and I don't trust the accounts that are. What I will say: this kind of pattern, historically, tends to mark a shift out of something stuck into something that can finally move. Underneath that bigger story, there's a closer one, too. This same weekend, Mercury finishes its final days retrograde in Cancer — home, family, emotional roots — right before it stations direct on Wednesday. The Moon spends Sunday and Monday in Libra, then crosses into Scorpio Tuesday morning, almost the exact moment it completes its square to the Sun. Big picture and close-up, the same three days. If you've been in your own field this week — separating what's yours from what you've absorbed — this is probably part of why.

@Mona H hi!
The Shift ritual - 3 important days coming
The 3-Day Ritual: Release, Shift, Ground This weekend's astrology — the Barbault Basket, plus Mercury finishing retrograde and the Moon moving into Scorpio — is a real window for release work. Here's a simple way to work with it yourself, over three days. About 15–20 minutes each day. Just a notebook and a quiet room. Sunday — Release 1. Ground. Sit or stand, feet flat on the floor. Three slow breaths. Notice what your field feels like right now — no judgment, just notice. 2. Write. Answer this: What have I been carrying that isn't actually mine to hold? List whatever comes — an emotion, a tension, a pattern that feels older than you, something absorbed from someone else. Don't overthink it. 3–5 things is enough. 3. Visualize. For each one, picture it leaving you — like an exhale, or like smoke lifting off your skin. Take your time with this part. 4. Close. If it feels right, tear the page out and let it go — outside, if you can. If not, just close the notebook with intention. Say: "I release what isn't mine. I keep what is." Monday — Shift 1. Ground. Same as Sunday — feet flat, three breaths. Notice if anything feels different from yesterday. 2. Write. Answer this: What am I actually ready to call in? What's been trying to move but hasn't yet? 3. Meditate. Sit for a few minutes with the space Sunday's release opened up. Don't force anything into it — just picture it as open, available, waiting. 4. Set the intention. Write one sentence: "I'm making room for ___. I don't need to rush it — I just need to stop blocking it." 5. Optional: take one small, real step today that matches that intention — even something tiny. You can't rush what isn't ready, but you can stop standing in its way. Tuesday — Ground 1. Ground longer than the other two days. Feet flat, or bare feet on the ground outside if you can. A few extra breaths. 2. Visualize the shift as already landed — not "someday," but now. See yourself already living it. 3. Affirm it. Write 1–3 short affirmations that anchor this into the present, not the future. 4. Anchor it physically. Pick one: a pinch of salt at your door, bare feet on soil or grass, or music you love, moved to on purpose. Whatever brings it out of your head and into your body. 5. Close. Write down one decision or action you're committing to this week — your proof that this wasn't just a nice feeling.

I was thinking the same thing.
Energies of the week: June 1st - June 7th
PAST — LIGHTNING Something already broke — and it broke fast. Lightning in the past position confirms what many of you already know in your body: something recently happened that changed everything. A shock. A sudden rupture. A moment where the ground you were standing on cracked open without warning and the certainties you were holding onto shattered. This might have been a relationship that ended abruptly. A professional situation that exploded — a restructuring, a forced departure, a moment where the rug was pulled from under you. A financial hit you didn't see coming. Or maybe it was internal — a sudden realization that you can't keep living the way you've been living. A brutal awakening that felt like it came out of nowhere, even though looking back, the signs were everywhere. Here's what matters: the collapse was fast, but it wasn't random. Lightning doesn't strike what's solid. It strikes what was already fragile, already cracking, already past its expiration date. Whatever fell apart needed to fall apart. The structures that crumbled were obsolete — they were holding a shape that no longer fit your life. In love, there may have been intensity — passion mixed with instability, emotions overriding reason. The kind of dynamic where the slightest imbalance could blow everything up. And maybe it did. I know that doesn't make it hurt less right now. But here's the truth: the destruction cleared the path. And what's coming next proves it. PRESENT — VOYAGE Right now, you are in motion — and that's exactly where you need to be. Voyage in the present position is saying: stop standing still. The stillness that felt safe before the lightning struck? It's no longer available to you. And that's a gift, even if it doesn't feel like one yet. The wind of change is blowing across your life right now, and your job this week is to move with it — not resist it. This could be literal movement — a trip, a relocation, a physical change of scenery that shakes the dust off and gives you fresh perspective. But it can also be internal: a shift in direction, a decision to finally change course, a willingness to leave the familiar behind and walk toward something unknown.
