I come from a lifelong background of people. A martial arts instructor, a personal trainer, a senior manager in commercial gyms and a business coach. I’ve always been around people and I love it! Human psychology and mindset has always been a fascination of mine, the power of the mind is truly extraordinary. But even when you understand it to a certain degree, it doesn’t magically make you in control of your thoughts and feelings. You still get the highs, you still get the lows.
