No don’t start a new shop. I’m just coming out the other side of this. It hit my shop hard for about 3 weeks but normality resumed after. Stay consistent, show Etsy that you have made changes and just keep going. I lost so many views, I had no sales coming in and even though Etsy said they hadn’t done anything to my store I was definitely ranking lower. I did recover and I came back with a boom. Any new shop is tied to your name and Etsy will treat it the same as your current one. I promise there is light at the end of the tunnel once Etsy sees that you're still there, you’re still listing and you’ve learnt from your mistakes.

I think your conversion rate is incredible for a new shop! With more reviews and buyer trust this should grow but 11 people have taken a chance on a new Etsy store! That’s amazing!! And you only have a small number of of listings too. I would be really proud of that. I have a lot more listings and a lot less sales over the same period of time. May you continue to grow and succeed! :)

Also just be careful with your Minecraft and Mcilroy etc. I had two Etsy listings removed for an orange cocktail print that I had listed 6 days previous, neither with any wording on the print but Aperol spritz was one of the generated tags and when I tell you it affected my shop majorly I can’t even begin to describe it. The drop in views. Not being able to find my listings in Etsy search results even by typing the ENTIRE title into the search bar. It took me 3 months to recover from it and even then I never got back to the same ranking on Etsy. My sales decreased too for a long while. It really isn’t worth the risk. Check and double check for trademarks in all your images, alt text, tags and descriptions.

I really like your designs, probably more than some of my own actually! It’s probably personal preference but I think the ones with someone hanging the art on the wall seem quite dark and it’s ruining how vibrant your art actually is. Also I have a terrible urge to shout at the woman to get out of the way so I can see the art. I think as an image it’s fine but as a main image it would stop me clicking on it. Also, your art has text on it that I can’t tell what it says or if it is in the font that I like so perhaps a really zoomed in images would work well on those for your 2nd or 3rd image. Chat gpt creates some great zoomed in images.
