Hey everyone. I'm new to the group and new to wholesaling. I'm in the Athens GA area. 11 years as a digital marketing professional and 8 years as a painting contractor before that. Looking forward to learning and starting some great new relationships.

How did you find your first buyers/investors?

Starting April 9th, I am going to begin hosting live Lead Management Calls for the group from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Eastern. During these sessions, I will be working through real lead management, doing follow ups, and talking through my thought process live so you can hear exactly how I approach conversations and decisions. This is something new that we are going to try and see how it goes. My goal is to create more transparency, more learning opportunities, and give you a real behind the scenes look at how deals are actually worked. You will be able to listen in live, learn from real situations, and hopefully apply these ideas to your own business. If this goes well, we will look to do more of these moving forward. Excited to try this with everyone.

Thanks for the invite, looking forward to building wisdom and relationships with you all!!!

We just uploaded part of our Small Market REI Free Toolkit for the community. Inside you will find agreements, resources, and tools you can start using right away. This is just the beginning. We will continue adding more scripts, templates, agreements, and deal finding resources over time as we build this out. Our goal is to create a practical toolkit built for real investors, especially those working in small markets. Take a look, download what you need, and let us know what else would be helpful. We will keep adding and improving as we grow together.
