Hey Marius, I'm Samuel from Australia. I'm completely changing careers. I come from a healthcare background and have been working in IT for the past 12 months, mostly as a hardware technician. I'm currently in my first year of a Bachelor of Cyber Security. I'm interested in cloud security and would like to get into cloud engineering, DevOps, or SecOps, something that can eventually lead into management roles and, long term, a CISO position. I'm currently doing volunteer work for a company in Norway, where I get to work on real projects and learn the tools and fundamentals a cloud engineer would use, things like Docker and Terraform. I'm working one day a week in my current IT job and I'm trying to land a help desk role as a second job to build more experience. I've applied to hundreds of jobs with no luck so far, and I feel like my resume is decent. Would you be able to give me some advice or help please?
