What Happened When I Launched My First Skool Challenge - EP 53
This episode covers what happened after I launched a 30 day content challenge inside my paid Skool community, The One Person Show. The challenge is meant to help members get past overthinking and camera fear by simply posting more videos, and I'm running it alongside daily check ins. @Jaymini Chhokar Hi, so if you start it free, those people who join on that period stay free forever. Every time you increase the price it only increases to new people. If you already have some training ready, just start with paid and but free trial on. 7d a month is a good starting point but depending what you offer you can raise the price step by step or add second more expensive tier. But best way how I have seen bigger groups have done, is that you start free or low ticket+free trial, then build your program with the community. Ask a lot what they want etc. When that is ready you start to increase the price, like every two weeks or when you hit specific amount of people. And when the conversion drops, you go back in the earlier price and refund those few people that may bought at higher price or give them some extra training. Then you can add back that like 7d Tier 1 but it don't have all the trainings, basically the first steps on your transformation that you are offering. And now you have your low ticket tier that you promote to get people in and then higher ticket with more help, like live calls etc. Or you can just stay that one price + free trial. That I'm building now and just started to increase the price.

@Jaymini Chhokar Skool handles that automatically. You can change pricing and people stay on that level what they bought in.
Join My 30 Videos in 30 Days Challenge 🔥
I just opened a new challenge inside my other community The One-Person Show. It's called 30 Videos in 30 Days. You post one video a day for 30 days and get past the camera fear, the overthinking and the gear overwhelm that stops most people from ever posting. Here's how it works: - You post one video a day (or you can also set your own posting cadence) on whatever platform you choose - You do it together with the group so you get accountability and feedback - I'm in there every day helping and cheering you on and posting my own videos You don't need any gear to start. Your phone is enough. And you don't need to know what to post because I show you how to map out a whole year of video ideas. Join here for $9/mo or $54/yr (save 50%) 👉 https://www.skool.com/the-one-person-show/about See you inside 🙂 Note: the free trial mentioned in the video is closed now.

Hello newbie here 🔥
Good morning everyone! My name is Jaymini, and I’m from Leicester. For the past seven years, I’ve been on my own body transformation journey. It hasn’t just been about changing physically it’s been a journey of rebuilding my confidence, learning to believe in myself, and growing mentally. Along the way, I’ve experienced plenty of struggles, but I’ve also discovered so much about resilience and self-worth. One thing that’s really stood out is how many people even complete strangers have opened up to me about their own struggles. Whether it’s a lack of self-belief, low confidence, feeling stuck in life, or simply not knowing where to start, these conversations have made me realise how many people are looking for support. That’s what’s inspired me to build a community focused on helping people develop self-love, confidence, a stronger mindset, and personal growth. I want it to go beyond surface-level motivation and create a safe space where people can have honest conversations, support one another, and make lasting changes from the inside out. I haven’t launched the community yet, and I’m currently trying to validate the idea. I’d really love some advice on how to generate interest before launching, how to build an audience, and how to know whether there’s a genuine market for something like this. I’m looking forward to learning from you all and appreciate any support or guidance you can offer. Thank you! http://Instagram.com/mini_chhokar

Welcome to the group! What an awesome transformation, story and great idea for the community 🔥💪 In this post you already have your about page text (and video script) and image for the community 😁 Just open it and add maybe few more images from your journey. You can start it free from the start, take in maybe 50-100 hundred members and build the community and your classroom with them BUT you maybe don't get so motivated members. And then turn it to paid. I started with $5 from the start and started to run Fb ads. And told in the about page that this is founding member price. But now I would start probably around $7 with free trial on. And make sure that I have awesome short course, maybe 5-10 short lessons about my topic what members get access in free trial. And it should bring them their first win in that 7 day period. Then have few locked resources what they get access after converting to paying members. Then in the about page text you could have one line like "This price will increase when we hit x number members" and raise the price every 25 members until you are on a price where the conversion start to drop a lot and then go back the previous well working price. And in the start test many different banners in ads first to find the best converting angle. You can check the trending groups page in the Discovery tab to see what kind of banner images work. But you can just change this pic you uploaded here and change it to horizontal aspect ratio and you have your starting banner for the group 😁 Then put your IG bio the same outcome that wins on ads and add your group url and just make more content there that you are already making. Few times a week invite them to your group. You can say that they get free access for your course for 7 days etc. Hope this helps!
Skool Now Runs Facebook Ads to Your Community! - EP 50
Skool just started running Facebook ads to every Skool community and those ads pull your group and About page images automatically. In this episode I go through how the new catalog ads work, the 30 percent commission behind them and what I changed on my own Skool community so hopefully it gets featured in those ads more often. @Thomas Hassett Everything, just made my 28th version of my about page video 😂 I checked your Agency Lab community, if that is what you are talking about, I think you should clarify and simplify who that is for and what is the outcome they get when joining. This is what I have mostly done. And change the video in the first place and maybe try to make simpler images. I'm not your target market so I don't know how they would see your about page but simpler is always better 😁 Also test free trials, you can now lock some modules if you don't want to give access to all. I just noticed your banner, that is much clearer, I would put that same text first in the about page and group description. Hope this helps!
