I wonder if I’m a late starter and everyone uses my newly explored trick for my team or if it’s a revolutionary idea 😊 I build AGENTs for my team and started using .files for things they shouldn’t see. Not because I wanna be secretive but because they can’t break what the don’t see (if it’s protected of course) and their view is clear for the things that matter. Simple example: Project folder —— .AGENT.md —— .logo.svg —— .style.css —— TEMPLATE.html —— 01_inbox —— 02_output In that case the template - is filled with data from the inputs copied to the output for instance. The output html the can open and print as pdf, like a contract we use over and over again and is branded. They don’t need to see css, logo or not even the AGENT. Not even use an AI 😊 Magic ❤️ What do you say?

hi there everyone 😊 a question: i am working on my ICM setup. comes with a certain amount of cleaning up. what are you doing with your /skills? since ICM is supposed to make your agents independent of a certain AI, I would think that my claude /skills are supposed to be history and what they are doing is now job of the ICM, so......? Edit: 5 minutes later 😀 the modern ICM /skill I S as close to the workspace as possible. true / false?

Hey y'all, not a sympathy post. This isn't me saying I'm taking time off for anything. In fact it's the opposite. My grandma passed away last week and I was cleaning out her apartment with my mother and talking to my aunt (both of them it was their mother). I can tell they're struggling. It's why I work so hard honestly on the software community on everything else. Almost none of the money goes to me. I give it to my family, my wife my friends. It's what makes me happy. I'm building a company specifically so my family doesn't have to struggle. Been helping out where I can but obviously been focusing a lot on the business. My uncle also has cancer and so my aunt has been taking care of him and also at the same time dealing with a death of her mother . Best way I can contribute has been through cash and some love here are there. With that though means I don't always have the time to do what I need to do. This is a letter written to our community. (No Emjois in this one) I have thought about posting this, and I decided that it needed to be posted. I have been away for a bit, mostly because I have been focused on 7 lives that needed me the most. Firstly, I am an IT manager, I am a leader of a team that puts their best into everything they do every day. We have been through the thick and thin together, we have faced adversity and success together, and lately we have faced challenges and expectations that effect all 8 of us. I have had no other option but to focus my energy on the things that keep us moving forward in our own lives. This does not mean this community does not mean to the world to me, but it means I have been focused on other things. I do not apologize for doing what I felt is the right thing, I apologize for not being here for the community. My heart is heavy. Beyond the obligations I have set in stone for the people I lead, I have had a tremendous loss in my life. Today the world has lost a bright light, someone who showed up in my life in a time that I needed most, her name is Marina Berthal and she should be celebrated not only mourned. To all of you she was a stranger, to me she was my world, she was the mom life never afforded me. I have lost 3 moms now in life. The first was my biological mother, the second my grandmother, and now Marina, a person who found me early in life, a broken and lost soul looking for guidance. I know our community is supportive, committed and above all else caring. You have all quickly became the family I have searched for in a lifetime. I want to apologize for my absence and want you all to understand that it is not by want, but by need that I am away currently. In my life I have experienced more loss then most, and this loss has landed in a time when I just could not hold it. I will be back; I just need some time to process this loss. I know we will win together, even when things seem tough. I believe in my heart, as Marina has taught me in life, we will learn together, we will grow together and we will win together.
