I have attended Beth’s yoga classes for years. Since I live on the west coast, I access her hybrid live classes and recordings. She is an amazing human and yoga instructor. I leave her classes feeling more centered physically and emotionally than when I enter them. I appreciate that Beth asks for requests at the start of each live class - it’s always hips for me - and that she gets to know our bodies and needs (even over zoom) and intuitively suggests poses to un-stick our sticky parts.
