Hi I'm Sarah, been lurking here for a while now 😂 I'd just like to introduce myself properly. I am a holistic therapist, mindfulness teacher and artist based in Dunfermline, Scotland. Grateful to be friends with Olga after we were brought together a few years ago. Not to go too deep too quickly but like many people I have navigated a lot over this lifetime so far, addiction, depression, trauma, however having these experiences has widened my perception so much I honestly would not change a thing. They have all helped me understand things on many levels and lucky enough to use this knowledge to help others now. Thank you for having me here 😊❤️🙏

Good afternoon,everyone🤗 I wanted to share one of the synchronicitys that I encounter.( Used to find keys as well. )This is happening for at least 1 year. I keep finding hearts ,it can be stone ,material,bubbles,food in many things. At the beginning I didn’t press to much attention,but after a while I was even feeling more,like someone is trying to call my attention. My intention is to get to open my heart❤️I feel there a big struggle as well sometimes. Lately I was having the feeling,when finding the hearts,that I am loved and reminder to love myself as well. I’ll attach some of the most outstanding hearts that I found. Feel free share your thoughts 🙏🏻🥰
