What are people's experiences doing cold SMS? Does this apply to cold texting businesses, or just individuals? Anyone had an issue?

On a standard web design pricing model, does that include e-commerce sites (where people can purchase items directly on the website, abandoned cart sequences, etc) or just non-ecom sites?

When you get a client for your agency, do you handle the work (automations, AI setup, etc), or do you pass it on to someone else like hiring someone on Fiverr, Upwork, etc? If you pass it on, who do you use? I'd love to be able to hire someone on to take care of the client set up and automations but want to use someone that someone else recommends.

Are there any automated Facebook reach out platforms similar to LinkedIn ones? I'm looking for something that I can automate that will send DMs to each of my fb friends and/or DM people in groups that I'm in. Anyone know of anything that does this?
