Omega Balance with real food
My goal is to achieve an optimal omega balance without the use of supplements. I love fish, and so I eat one serving per/day. I just noticed that one of my main go-to's, delicious Alaskan cod liver oil (linked below) is labelled as a "supplement". I thought I was eating "real" food all this time. Are you concerned that this is labelled as a supplement, or would you still consider this product real food? Alaskan Cod Liver Oil at $54/bottle (100 servings) it's fairly affordable, and with lemon flavor can be mixed into various dishes such as salads, soups, even casseroles In case this is helpful to other Skool members, I am attaching links to other fish products I am enjoying, many from Costco which often is the most economical. Any comments or cautions about these would be very helpful. I would love to hear other ideas/suppliers! Wild Planet Sardines from Costco I usually drain the olive oil and add my own, as I have heard you don't know the quality and history of that packing oil. Kirkland Canned Salmon from Costco (I sometimes eat actual salmon fillets but this gets pricy compared to the canned versions which I can quickly make into a salmon croquet with eggs and riced cauliflower patties fried in avocado oil or tallow.) Safe Catch Mercury tested Tuna from Costco

Thank you. That is very helpful. Is the actual cod liver product an actual food, even though it is packed in its own oil?
Longevity Fest 2025
Wrapping up at the annual longevity conference in Vegas (ironic location) Very cool to see my friend Dr Lyon give the keynote to 8000 other doctors and colleagues I used Plaud to summarize the talks I attended I’ll be uploading the talks this week to the community once I’m able to download the corresponding slides Great talks on brain health, stress, immune system and my favorite circadian biology I think you will enjoy these ones

Classroom video playback difficulties
I would like to go back and re-watch the two "Classroom" videos which were AI generated summaries of Dr. Twyman's educational content. (One was a 6- minute summary and the other 21-minutes) Currently I am able to watch all of the Classroom videos except for those two. Is anyone else having this experience? These were great content and it would be great to go back and review.

Question for AMA: I enjoy generous cruciferous vegetables, red beets, etc every day, especially with their nitric oxide benefits. In the past I consumed organic whenever possible, but of late have begun to mix in “non-organic” intentionally because of Dr. Nathan Bryan’s studies showing such low nitrogen content in organic vegetables. Please give your thoughts on how a person navigates this. At this point I am consuming about half and half organic/non-organic.

That is an amazing short video with so much packed into it and so clear. It is the perfect introductory for my adult children who are trying to assess their cardiovascular health in their 30s. Thank you!
