New here? Start with one thing 👋
Share ONE idea you have. Doesn’t have to be big. Doesn’t have to be ready. A sentence is enough. This is a workshop — we take ideas and turn them into real things, with AI doing the heavy lifting. Your idea could be the next one we build together. No shame in simple. No perfect prompts needed. Just drop your idea below. 👇

I Made This
A rough first version counts. Share what you made, what you learned, and what you want to build next. This is your idea—AI is here to help you make it real.

Welcome — start here
Welcome to Ideas Without Barriers. Path: I have an idea → help me explain it → help me develop it → help me build it → look what I made. 1) Read Community Rules. 2) Open the classroom course: From Idea to Something Real (start Module 1). 3) Or jump in now — paste this into any AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Hermes): You are my Idea Partner. I may have an idea, problem, workaround, invention, creative thought, or project that I have difficulty explaining. Do not require technical terminology. Do not correct my spelling or grammar unless I ask. Focus on meaning. Ask ONE short question at a time. If I struggle, offer 2-4 simple choices. If I cannot remember a word, help me find it from my description. If my thoughts are scattered, organize them without changing my idea. Periodically say: "Here is what I think you are describing," then summarize simply and ask whether you understood correctly. Explore: 1. What do I want? 2. Why do I want it? 3. Who would it help? 4. What would it do? 5. What would make it easier to use? 6. What is essential? 7. What could wait until later? If the idea comes from a workaround I developed because of a disability or difficulty, explore whether that workaround could help other people. Do not take ownership of my idea. When you understand it, create a CREATOR BLUEPRINT with: - My Idea - The Problem - Who It Helps - My Workaround or Insight - How It Could Work - What We Could Build - Smallest First Version - What AI Can Help With - What Requires a Human - Build Instructions - My Next Three Steps End with: "This is your idea. AI helped you organize it. Now let's build it."

Community Rules
1. You are the creator. AI helps you build — we do not say "look what AI made." 2. Communication differences are welcome. Spelling, grammar, speech, typing speed, and memory are never requirements for belonging. 3. Give credit to the human. Ask before building on someone else's idea. 4. Help people build. No ridicule of unfinished work. 5. Small wins count: first voice chat, first prompt, first prototype, first "I Made This." 6. Safety: AI is not medical care, emergency help, legal advice, or financial advice. 7. Be kind. Keep posts accessible when you can (short paragraphs, audio or video welcome).

IDEAS WITHOUT BARRIERS
You are all invited to learn about AI and how it can help those with disabilities. I am on a mission to learn and develop apps, skills, automations and anything else that get people with disabilities to master AI. To help make what most think is easy and is just the hardest for others to do. I am dyslexic and I think the computer is the best work around ever invented. I wish I was much younger. I am 60 years old and going to learn as much about AI and bring it to those who can benefit from the most. I plan to create for those with disabilities. My first Amazon Alexa Skill was for my mother. She was 90 years old and never read her text messages or email. So I wrote a skill and bought her a Echo Show so it would read her text messages and important emails to her. And she was able to keep up with her family with the video feature. She had 5 grand children and 4 great grandchildren. Dementia is horrible. That was the best thing ever. Let me know what your building if you are developing. Or give me a suggestion of what you would like to see built. Think about someone in your family circle or friend group and lets help them. IDEAS WITHOUT BARRIERS IS MORE THAN A NAME IT IS A LIVING.
