It is a supportive structured community where you learn the 90 day alignment program. IHaveGainedImmenseClarityWithWhatIsGoingOnInMyNervousSystem.TheProgramHasEssentially taught me how to be my own doctor. The material in the classroom section is too heavy on shame based trauma, I have fear based trauma and had to reverse engineer the course material.
