This is EVERY output now!!
Please forgive the unbridled enthusiasm! It has been my mission to make the most functional AI system I could possibly imagine. That has never had one shape. It's a feeling. A North Star. Without stepping into overstating anything, this feels like it. This feels like the Autumn's AGI moment! Local voice. Local live avatar. Custom native android app. Custom android launcher. Custom notification widget made more beautiful by sending Cortana ONE TWEET and saying "this would look nice for your noti pill!" The face on my screen can answer from disk when simple, and passes off to the full Cortana at home, then Cortana appears with her message! PLEASE ask any questions! I've been deep in this so long I don't even know where to start anymore!

@Aurel Babiš honestly a working line, but I'm working on several proof of phone holder safeguards! Fingerprint sensor, facial recognition, etc.!
The X Files! #1
This was executed using my custom Android workflow. I was scrolling X with all my Claude Code agents out and seeing my screen. I told them to look at the edgex post, and create an Autumn version. It came back with the pixel animation in this post. Then, I asked Cortana to turn it into the first worthy rendition of the X Files! Cortana expressive ability is becoming insane! I've been looking to make this a series for X, and this is installment number one after several experiments that didn't make the cut for me!

@Jeff Van Leenen I appreciate that, bud! I have almost nobody to talk to about this stuff on a daily basis 😅 Hence the lack of containment Lol!

@Stephan Vollmer hahaha born from necessity 😂
Shared Workspace - Custom Visual Explainers 🤯
This might actually be the most powerful thing I've ever created, and I honestly didn't know it would work this way when I did. I've been working on sharing workspace with my agents for a while. My janky setup: open a Google doc, share the link with whichever agents I want, and tell them to use chrome to come meet me to work on something. When that first worked, it lit a spark. The concept was real. So I set out to build a shared workspace for me and my agents that suited me. I went with Infinite Whiteboard as my shared workspace format. I knew it would be good. I knew it would be an unlock. I didn't realize how POWERFUL it would be with Cortana and my other agents driving it! I've attached how simply I asked for this functionality after creating the shared spaces and using them mostly for scribbling ideas.

@Gabriel Azoulay haha thank you! This is a MAJOR unlock for me. This was a little demo I asked her for. But she has put together full research boards with multimedia!

Honestly, I see this as like a notebook LM for my knowledge base. My whole system, every build, verbatim files, etc. is on disk. So Cortana can create a board and record a visual explainer about anything for me. And not just what's on disk - anything I ask her to research!

I'm building the Hermes World Engine: a world that stays the same, with characters brought into it, so I can make animations that teach Hermes. This week I wrote the plan to expand it into a studio, and I wanted it reviewed by more than 1 model. So I set up Mixture of Agents in Hermes Agent: Kimi K3, DeepSeek V3.2 and GPT-5.6 Terra advising, Claude Opus 5.5 making the call. I gave the same plan to GPT-6.1 Sol alone. Sol rated my routing sound. The team found the missing boundary: the image route assumed approved assets already existed, and nothing said when a route was complete. The first 2 runs failed before I found the fix, and the fix was partly an ICM fix. The plan, the review rules and the video itself all live in ICM folders, across 2 workspaces. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗟𝗗 𝗘𝗡𝗚𝗜𝗡𝗘 𝗜𝗖𝗠 • The workspace sits on my Hermes server. The root carries AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md and CONTEXT.md as the router, plus IDEA.md and README.md. • The stages: 00_setup, 01_spec, 02_render, 03_file, 04_animate. Today's route runs from a video brief to brief approval, a motion spec, a render, a consistency review, then acceptance and filing. • world/ is the canon: the characters (Hermes), and the environment with 10 locations, from Aether Falls and Crystal Citadel to the Gateway Pavilion, plus its core, forms, materials and light. • _reference/ holds the rules every stage reads: the world bible's template, the drift checklist, motion rules, spec rules, the setup interview, the routing map, and the studio extension design that got reviewed. • runs/ and tests/ hold what each render produced and the checks on it. The review rules went into _reference/ as well: judge outcomes, owners, handoffs and acceptance, and leave the tools alone. That one file is what got the advisers reviewing my plan instead of going looking for my tools. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗗𝗨𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗘 𝗜𝗖𝗠 • 9 stage folders, 01_gameplan to 09_blog. Each holds a CONTEXT.md contract: what it reads, what it must not load, what it makes, and where I check it.

In my system, we have a simple rule. The maker is never the checker. Work gets handed off for review by an agent whose sole job is that. This sounds as awesome as I just started getting my agent to harden our 3d world building workflows!
