Hello everyone, I’m happy to share that I have successfully completed my PMP exam and received my results immediately at the exam center. I’m proud to have achieved Above Target in all three domains: People, Process, and Business Environment. A special thank you to Andrew for his excellent Udemy course. I studied consistently for around two months and completed 1,000+ practice questions, which greatly supported my preparation. Grateful for the journey and excited to continue growing as a project professional. 🎉!

So it’s done … PMP certified 😇

Hi everyone, I've just started studying PMP on Udemy, and I have a question about the introduction section regarding deliverables. I want to make sure I've understood the concept correctly. Is it accurate to say that a collection of deliverables together creates the overall value of the project, or does each deliverable produced in each phase represent a value on its own? I would really appreciate it if someone could clarify this for me. Thank you in advance!
