My one thing this week is testing one coaching onboarding path from first inquiry to the next clear action. I’m keeping the test small: three fictional cases—ready to start, needs more information, and not now. A useful dashboard should show the next step and flag what needs my judgment. It should not quietly invent an answer or change a promise. My definition of done: each case has an owner, a next action, and a date, with a clear stop when the person says no. For those building onboarding systems, what is the first edge case you test? I’d rather catch one weak handoff now than add five features around it.
