Looking For My First STR
Hello everyone! I'm Shane, and my wife and I are from Massachusetts and are currently looking to purchase our first STR. We look forward to using strIQ to help with this endeavor.

@Eduardo Visbal Hey, Eduardo. Strongest numbers are the most important, but I wouldn't mind visiting every once in a while. There are two markets I am looking at right now: Gatlinburg, TN, and Ellijay, GA.
