It’s to take a sharp turn toward Kauai Monday. I’ve asked my angels to please guard the island and all people animals beautiful trees plants butterflies dragonflies and birds. Send your angels. Let’s create a force field. Also I did read Tatums post about Neptune. And I do view this storm with reverence not fear. Not only is this one of my absolute favorite topics (exploring all things consciousness and healing and spirituality), but Shannon has walked a walk that I resonate with on so many levels. I practiced with my first Shivambhu Foot Soak and absolutely loved the experience. 💛 It was incredibly relaxing, had a surprisingly sweet scent, and I completely vibed out for 30 minutes while listening to my frequency audio and sipping herbal tea. ✨ The before and after was wild. Yellow golden plasma before, after 30 minutes it was dark amber. My feet were super soft, and I had certainly had to use the bathroom and certainly detoxed something after! I have kept the plasma and will use it again for another foot soak in a few days. its evolving right now! First photo is before, second photo is after.

First let me say, I have never been to a "book club" before, and so I had no idea what to expect, but what a gift it was. To get to review the honesty that @Shannon Nering so openly shares in her book, how each of resonate to the journey, the timeline, the pivots, the grit of the muck, motherhood, resilience, confusion, isolation, mother wounds, father wounds, playstation rage, blind faith, terrain/water that did not fit the vision, feeling left out but not wanting to be left in... What a gift, that's all I can say. Truly magical. I am so grateful for all of your words, the divine timeline on which I became acquainted with and read your book... the way it brought me some much needed companionship and sisterhood, and during eclipse season, especially. This journey is not for the faint of heart, I think we all can agree, but there is something about it that brings forth a truth about life that is much more magical and potent than the darkness we have all left behind, and today, for me, was just more proof of that! I want to thank everyone for being there, but also a special gratitude to @Corrie Bignell @Radha Geet and @Megan Scheirman for bringing forth some individualized DE NOVO CONSCIOUSNESS of your own radical lives lived. It is truly an honor to warrior alongside all of you soulful humans doing the work that brings us all out of the muck and more into the divine bliss. That Shannon has a real gift of a talent for story telling!
