I love this group! The breath work, workshops and movement are only part of why I love it. Dan and his thoughtful, present style of teaching has given me so much nervous system regulation which is another reason I love this group. And the community that Dan has cultivated is so supportive and welcoming to everyone...this is a big part of the appeal for me. I highly recommend this group for nervous system regulation and overall wellness. Take care and be well. 🕊️
