I still get enquiries from a niche i no longer serve
I used to operate in a niche (senior care) but i no longer serve it, i want to monetize these leads that i get by sending them to some lead platform from where they can buy leads with my affiliate link. are there any such platforms that sell senior care leads and also have an affiliate program?

Give ideogram a try for creating ads
I have been using ideogram for creating ads and i am really liking the output. The best part is that it outputs 4 images at once which saves a lot of back and forth trying to get the ad right!

Curious, how does everyone get leads and calendar meeting for your own agency? Paid ads works for me but get a lot of bad leads. Any recommendations?

I am thinking of starting a youtube channel. I think not only will it bring in leads but it will also help increase the trust with the cold leads that book a call with me from cold outreach and ads. with my older agency where i sold SEO, i did produce some videos and i noticed that the leads that came from my youtube were almost ready to buy straight away and were an easy sell

problem with converting clients even on a performance based offer
Hey guys so i am running a performance based offer where i dont charge a retainer but only ask for money per client my client closes. even on such an offer, people are either reluctant to book a call or if they get on a call, they dont close. I have tried adding a pre call email sequence and making my sales deck better. what else can i do to increase the trust factor?

@Josh Browne should I guarantee them a particular number of closed deals OR leads? because i can send them leads but closing depends on their skill.
