First I would like to give a big THANK YOU!!! to Lexi, great group and you're doing an awesome job! Any managers in Florida or Alabama? Curious on all the licensing needed and cost to get start. I am aware of needing a Real Estate License, but it there more needed? Really thinking of changing focus from insurance sales to property management.
