DAY 3 CHECK-IN & Final Debrief
1. Physical Tier Completed & Quality Rating - Beginner 2 reps -Best Day...Walking In My Thing! 2. Mental Capacity Key Takeaway from the John Boyd Case Study-I have a fast OODA (Observe, Orient, Decide, Act)...created my own version over the years! 3. Resiliency Task Status: EXECUTED 4. 3-Day Challenge Completion Statement - I did it. I did not want to do some of it (but I said I would, so I did it anyway). I am resistant to other people's ways of doing things because I have spent a lot of years figuring out how to do things in ways that work for me. Open to better ways, but have to test/tweak and make them my own (habits, strategies, tools, etc.)

@Aaron Murauskas Interesting. I agree, after having lots of coaches over the decades, coaches are important and are an invaluable resource. Not sure I understand exactly what you mean by the caveat. I think a person should be able to program and coach themself... The purpose of coaching to me is to help create skills, capabilities, confidence, strategies, systems and structures so the person can create the life they want (often business they want in my case) without being dependent on anything or anyone outside themself. I help to create folks who can think for and manage themself. I am not looking for a lifetime coaching gig...too old for that!
Sunday Roll Call: Look Back to Look Forward
Sunday is not a day to coast passively into the evening and hope Monday goes well. Sunday is an active preparation anchor. Clearing the mental, physical, and operational clutter today eliminates the high stress and decision fatigue that catches most people off-guard on Monday morning. A small investment of focused preparation today sets the standard for the entire week ahead. Take 5 minutes right now to look back on the last 7 days. Audit where you held the line, where friction crept in, and how you performed during our 3-Day Radical Simplicity Challenge. Use those insights to look forward and lock in your focus for the upcoming week. The Scouting Report: (Coaches Corner) 1. Physical Strength: Eliminate the Friction Pick ONE area of your physical routine that suffered from clutter or friction last week (e.g., missed workout windows, poor meal choices on the fly, sloppy recovery). Eliminate that barrier today. Prep your gear, map your training blocks for the week, and set your environment up so executing tomorrow requires zero deliberation. 2. Mental Capacity: Set the Weekly TTD Anchor Before you close your evening, execute a complete brain dump of every open task, meeting, and operational obligation floating in your head. Filter through the noise and establish your top 5 TTD (Things-To-Do) for tomorrow. Identify your single most difficult task and lock it directly into your first deep execution block. 3. Emotional Resilience: Draft Your Personal Ethos Radical integrity requires knowing exactly what standards you stand on when pressure hits. Today, write down a 3 to 5-sentence Personal Ethos—a simple, non-negotiable code that defines how you show up, how you respond to friction, and what behaviors you refuse to tolerate from yourself. Read it every morning this week before you open your phone or step into your workday. Sunday Roll Call Protocol Report in below before 2000 hours. Answer these two questions in the comments: 1. What was your biggest win or insight from the 3-Day Radical Simplicity Challenge? 2. State ONE line from your Personal Ethos that will govern your execution this week.

@Aaron Murauskas Always. It is awesome. Very structured (low time demand) which makes it easy for anyone with the desire and commitment to execute.

@Aaron Murauskas Right on. I do annual challenges...extremely challenging to get folks to participate. Still do them (for me)....long story!
Day 2, MST Challenge Zone
Physical Tier Completed ~ 2 rounds, okay, swapped out the Wall sit hold for a squat hold. I don't have a real wall, I live in a yurt Mental Capacity Key Takeaway ~ Combo ~ I either check out of home life, because I do not have the capacity to change my living situation right now, and lock in to work most of my time. Resiliency Task Status: EXECUTED, easy, I already do that for 10 hours per day anyway.

Love that you are doing this too!!! Part of what got me to say yes was seeing that you (and @Auli Takala ) are doing it too! Although doing it on our own...felt like it was not all alone!!!

@Auli Takala He came up as one of the Skool founders I should interview (when I ran all the apps through Claude to summarize for me), so I checked out his community of course. I have been doing challenges since way before they were a thing...so when I say you and @Marama Elizabeth doing it...I jumped in too. Focus is obviously something I need work on too...I have a tomato timer my daughter bought me when she over heard me on a training talking about Pomodoro. I have actually found the structure and focus of some coworking calls helps me stay on task! I was surprised, but it really helped me to process my content!

Ok @Aaron Murauskas ...read my notifications backwards (obviously). Posted in the wrong place twice now...who doesn't need practice copying and pasting. Going to fetch mine now.. So, new post each day? Or one post with all three days? (How can I still be confused?)

@Aaron Murauskas thanks...
DAY 2 CHECK-IN COMMANDS
1. Physical Tier Completed & Total Rounds/Quality Assessment - Beginner - 4 rounds (familiar with all these exercises, so went well) 2. Mental Capacity Key Takeaway (1 Sentence)- I have spent the past 16 years creating and practicing my resilience tool box in order to function efficiently and effectively in all types of situations. (Box breathing and daily gratitude are two of my favorites) 3. Resiliency Task Status: EXECUTED (5 hours during the day - Grandparent's Day, so no tech) & 11-7 no screens is already a habit of mine). GIF is one of the 'favorite' sayings of my late father's....not the Covid part, he was gone long before that... All the ps...
