I changed my cover photo but when I share my invite link my old pic keeps coming up ..why?

Ok y'all I had chatgpt update my image for my community so I deleted the old one but skool wont let me upload the new one. I think it's a size problem. How do I fix this but it let me upload it here

I wanted to make a talking head video and was told Edits has a teleprompter and it does but that dang thing was driving me nuts with the lagging video!! I was about to break my dang tablet. Anyone else use it and have this problem? or is it just me???😠

The app Edits.. why are all my thumbnails black under projects. I have tried everything. Finally uninstalled and reinstalled and its doing the same thing. I have done everything AI has told me to do here: 1. Completely Clear App Cache (The Right Way) Merely uninstalling the app leaves some residual files and user preferences behind. You must clear the app's cache or offload it entirely to force the system to rebuild the thumbnails. [1, 2, 3] - On iPhone: Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage. Tap on the Edits app and select Offload App. Wait a few seconds, then tap Reinstall App. [1, 2, 3] - On Android: Go to Settings > Apps. Tap on Edits (or Instagram), then select Storage. Export or Move a Test Project If you can actually open the black thumbnails and see the clips on your timeline, the underlying project files are safe. Try making a minor duplicate edit on one project—such as adding a tiny adjustment or removing/re-adding the background audio —and re-exporting .
