47 yrs old: Left my corporate career after 27+ years in leadership. 48 yrs old: Started my own business, consulting with large companies and doing fractional COO work. 49 yrs old: Grew to a multi-six-figure business after pivoting from corporate consulting to coaching women leaving corporate to start their own businesses. 51–53 yrs old: Niched down again. Started helping women entrepreneurs grow the businesses they had already built. 54 yrs old: Found Skool. And you definitely don't have to be 25 to build something big. Your experience isn't baggage. It's leverage. At 40, 50, 60 or beyond, you aren't late. You might just be getting to the really good part.
