How do you set up Instantly to avoid the spam folder?
I usually send around 21 emails per day from one mailbox, divided into 7 new emails and 14 follow-ups. This setup works well for me. I send different types of emails and usually get a good number of replies. However, some of my emails are currently landing in spam. What are the best Instantly settings I should use to improve deliverability and avoid emails going to spam? I’m already sending a relatively low number of emails compared to the usual limits, so I’d like to understand what settings I should adjust.

I don't care about saving 10 - 20 dollar.

@Phil Grabowski Because I don't do a lot of volume, I do about 15 emails a day only, not a lot, with two imbox. I don't know if I need to set up that, but I will still set up AWS using SMTP. My main domain got blacklisted by SURBL, so I need to do something so I can remove it.
best deliverability?
guys what are the best settings for warming up email. My domain is already 2 years old, and the Gmails are already 4 to 5 months old. I started warming up the emails with the default setting of 30 three months ago. on Instantly What should be my new setting so I can get the best deliverability? - Increase/day: - Daily Warmup limit: - Reply rate: - Open rate: - Spam protection: - Mark important: - Weekdays only: - Read emulation:
😩 I kept losing deals I knew I should have closed. For months I blamed the lead.
The leads were showing up to calls. The offer was valuable. The pipeline was pumping. And I kept losing deals I knew I should have closed. You are doing the work. Jay's lead system is working. The meetings are booking. And then you get on the call. And somewhere between the intro and the close, something leaks. You can feel the moment it happens. The energy shifts. The prospect gets vague. You push a little. It goes sideways. There is a specific kind of embarrassment in getting off a call knowing you had them and lost them. For months I told myself the lead was not quite right. Or the offer needed tweaking. Or the prospect was not serious. The harder thing to say out loud: The money was not walking away because of the lead, the offer, or the pipeline. It was walking away because of what I was doing on the call. This is what I could not see at the time: The problem was not my script. It was not my objection handling. It was not my closing questions. The problem was that I walked into every call needing the close. The prospect could feel it before I opened my mouth. Every call where I needed them to say yes was a call that ended with them saying maybe. February 2025: $300 per booked call. Nothing I was proud of. February 2026: $1,300 per booked call. 30 percent close rate. $81,400 that month. $558K on the year. Same ICP. Same cold email system. Same pipeline. The only thing that changed was my skills, and 1000 call reps. Here is what most people in this community are sitting on right now: The gap between getting the meeting and closing it is where most of the money in your business lives. Not in more volume. Not in a better offer. In what happens on the call. I lived in that gap for a long time. What moved things for me was not a script or a tactic. It was getting into a real coaching structure. Regular 1:1 time. Live group reps. Accountability with actual teeth. It took over a thousand calls to make the shift. A year later my revenue per booked call more than tripled.

I don't send bulk emails I send hyper-personalized emails 10 email a day, and I write manually. It took me two months to get my first client because Right now, if I send about 10 emails a day for a month, I can get easily two clients a month at the ticket size of 2.5 to 5k if I do follow up correctly. Because I know what's working and what's not working.

@Yoni Tovi what do you mean by yourself I have two people who scrape leads. I have one person who writes follow-ups and manages everything, and I just record looms and other stuff. I try to be very personalized because I write every single follow-up personally. I write every single email personally. I record loom for them, even if they don't want to watch it. I also follow up with them if they are not responding on email. I will send them on LinkedIn or IG. i mean my team and i sometimes, if I like a person and really want to work with him, I write the email myself
