Where do I put the Prompt that @Jake Van Clief gave us in the Foundation Masterclass? I want this prompt to help me when I have to do a task lol

Anyone have an ICM folder so I can give it to my Claude Code. This is ICM folder ideally has all the information @Jake Van Clief teaches on here. Thanks for the help:)

I took action on my first ICM file and it turned out way longer than I expected. My goal for my first ICM file was for claude to know me. Claude and I went back and forth with each other and the file that was supposed to be about me, ended with my business inside it too. is this bad? should I have one ICM file about my self ( who am I , faith , health, etc...) and one for my business? thank you for the help ladies and gents :))

I logged in a few weeks ago but I was overwhelmed with soo much new stuff so I quickly logged out for my mental health’s sake. 😆 But I’ve gotta make a comeback you know. I’ve missed the learnings, interactions and connections. I’ve been away since June but I’m here now. What did I miss?
