Heysegment vs Merchynt
Hello Clay, i’ve watched many of your videos and am considering joining your program. However, I still don’t fully understand the difference between Haysegment and Merchant—or how they overlap. Could you clarify the following for me? - What can Haysegment do that Merchant doesn’t already do? - More generally, what does Merchant do so well that it can’t be created in GoHighLevel? I’m asking because the costs are very high. I would need both Merchant and Haysegment for each customer, which would cost me $130 per customer. Since you already receive a large share of my income per customer, could you—or perhaps someone else on your team—explain this more clearly? I’d also like to understand how this is supposed to work financially. Thanks, Simon

@Clay Lawrence Thanks, but still confused. So if i use Heysegment, i do not need Merchynt? But why do you promote both?
New Features in Saas Plan
In Dar Holdsworth's new video, he announces some new updates from GHL that are actually pretty interesting. You can check them out here: AI Studio app builder ~1 week out Think Lovable replacement: database, logins, a Supabase backend and GitHub. They go in snapshots today, and a 10x cheaper run cost is in the works. Ask AI gets a browser SMS + voice 1 to 2 wks It can build a Meta ad campaign step by step, with your approval at each step. Snapshot or AI Studio to build websites? 🤔
Hi, I'm new here and wonder if you guys use snapshots or AI Studio to build websites? I've heard that with snapshots you still have to clean up a lot and you are not that flexible if you want to make custom changes. Also, when using snapshots, you can't delete assets anymore once you have used the snapshot. Love to here your thoughts 🙂 Regards, Philippe

But what’s it really like in practice, especially for customers, particularly when they want to make changes or when there are many subpages? What about embedding and hosting videos, or integrating or creating a course section? What about modifying contact forms or adding funnels? How can the client potentially maintain or edit these themselves? What about changes that affect multiple pages, such as in the menu or footer? Cookie banners, etc. Can all of that be done easily with a single command? Or is it better to use the standard function for that? What has been your experience in practice?
What’s actually missing from most GHL setups
GHL handles follow-up brilliantly. The problem: most setups only fire AFTER the lead submits a form. By then you're already behind. Someone browsed your client's site for 4 minutes, had real buying intent, and left — and nothing happened. KnockKnock closes that gap. It sits on the website, identifies every visitor the moment they land, and Nox (the AI agent) opens a real conversation — voice, chat, or video — without a form. No friction, no waiting. Then everything flows into GHL automatically: • Contact created with full context • Conversation logged • Booked to your GHL calendar if qualified • Pipeline stage updated Your GHL workflows now start earlier, on warmer leads, with more data. Ran this recently: 847 dead leads → reactivation sequence → $31k in 72hrs. 100% close rate on calls that showed. KK is the ignition. GHL is the engine. Together they cover the full journey from anonymous visitor to closed deal. Works for any business type — not just one niche. Who’s already combining both in their client setups?

Sounds good. Is that build inside GHL?
