👀 What Are You Avoiding?
We all have that ONE thing in our training we know we should be doing… but somehow keep avoiding. Maybe it’s: ❌ The mobility work you always skip. ❌ The weak progression you hate training. ❌ The exercise you’re terrible at. ❌ Recording your sets and actually analyzing your technique. ❌ Training the skill that exposes your biggest weakness. It’s easy to spend most of our time doing the things we’re already good at. They feel good. They’re fun. And they make us feel strong. But very often, the thing you keep avoiding is exactly the thing that would make you progress the fastest. If your planche is limited by straight-arm strength, doing more of what you’re already strong at won’t fix it. If your handstand is limited by balance, endlessly building more pressing strength won’t solve the problem. Sometimes progress comes from asking yourself: “What am I avoiding because I’m bad at it?” And then making THAT a priority. So, be honest with yourself today 👀 👇 What’s ONE thing in your training that you know you should be doing more of, but keep avoiding?

For me, it is definitely the mobility work! Even if I know it would open up more variations and possibilities if I did it😅
What Skill Are You Closest to Unlocking? 🔓
We’re all working toward different goals in here. For some of you, it might be your first muscle-up. For others, you might be just a few milliseconds away from a full planche, finally holding your front lever, or getting that freestanding handstand consistent. So let’s see what everyone is currently chasing: What ONE skill are you closest to unlocking right now? 👇 And even better… 🎥 If you have a recent attempt, post the video in the comments! Sometimes when you’re close to a skill, one small adjustment can be the difference between almost and actually unlocking it. Things like getting a proper rest day, a good night's sleep, small tips on form, or something similar. Let’s see your latest attempts! 💪🔥

Are You Eating Enough Protein? 🥩💪
We put a lot of focus on training hard, progressing our exercises, and staying consistent. But the work you do outside of your workouts matters too. If you're training hard, which I know most of you here are, your body needs enough protein to recover, maintain/build muscle, and adapt to your training. A simple guideline to use is: 🥩 Around 2g of protein per kg of bodyweight per day. For example: If you weigh 90 kg: 90 × 2g = 180g of protein per day. You don't have to hit the exact number perfectly every single day, but it's a great target to aim for, especially when you're training consistently and want to maximize your progress. Now I'm curious 👀 Are you currently getting around 2g of protein per kg of bodyweight every day? And if you know it, how many grams are you currently eating per day? 👇
What’s your strongest & weakest area in calisthenics? 👀
Everyone has that ONE thing that comes naturally… and another that feels like an absolute struggle 🙃 For me, that’s one of the things that makes calisthenics so interesting and creates different styles. There is ALWAYS something you can improve and always something you can show off with. So let's see what everyone in here is working with: Strongest: ______ Weakest: ______ It could be anything like pushing, pulling, mobility, handstands, endurance, explosiveness, or any skill. Fill in the two blanks below 👇
