Gemini Avatar Video - set up to first video in 10 mins
So just for fun I tried the new Gemini Avatar set up… and I have to say, I’m pretty impressed. Set up is actually really simple. It takes multiple images of you, having you turn your head side to side (sort of like Face ID set up on your phone). Then it has you read off multiple numbers out loud to match your voice. Then I gave it this prompt: @jessicacosci create an Instagram style reel of me walking on a Italian old town road up to a cafe table where I sit down, place my bad down and pull out my laptop as a Waitress comes out to serve me a coffee. I’m smiling. I have casual make up on my hair is down and slightly wavy. I’m wearing a light blue lightweight sweater and beige linen pants. The whole scene is cinematic and the viewer wishes they could be there too And here’s what it generated⤵️🤯 (Note - I do have the pro membership of Gemini)

🔍 Prompt Breakdown Monday: Is Your Prompt Anchoring AI?
Here’s a prompting mistake that’s easy to make, especially when you already have an idea you’re excited about. You tell AI what you’re thinking 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝘀𝗸 𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸. For example: ❌ 𝗢𝗥𝗜𝗚𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗧: 𝘐’𝘮 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢 5-𝘥𝘢𝘺 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘯𝘨𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘩𝘦𝘭𝘱 𝘸𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘯 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘯 𝘊𝘩𝘢𝘵𝘎𝘗𝘛. 𝘐’𝘥 𝘪𝘯𝘤𝘭𝘶𝘥𝘦 𝘢 𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘳𝘵 𝘭𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘰𝘯 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘵 𝘦𝘢𝘤𝘩 𝘥𝘢𝘺. 𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘥𝘰 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘬? 𝘏𝘰𝘸 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘐 𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘢 𝘨𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘥 𝘮𝘢𝘨𝘯𝘦𝘵? Seems like a perfectly good prompt, right? The problem is that you’ve already handed AI the answer: 𝗮 𝟱-𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲. So instead of exploring the best solution to your actual goal, AI will probably start helping you make your 5-day challenge better. This is called 𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴. You gave AI a starting point, and its thinking is now influenced by that starting point. Try this instead: ✅ 𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗗 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗧: 𝘐 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘢 𝘧𝘳𝘦𝘦 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘤𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘸𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘯 𝘸𝘩𝘰 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘤𝘶𝘳𝘪𝘰𝘶𝘴 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘊𝘩𝘢𝘵𝘎𝘗𝘛 𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘥𝘰𝘯’𝘵 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘧𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘶𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘵 𝘰𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘳 𝘰𝘸𝘯. 𝘔𝘺 𝘨𝘰𝘢𝘭 𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘨𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮 𝘢 𝘲𝘶𝘪𝘤𝘬, 𝘶𝘴𝘦𝘧𝘶𝘭 𝘸𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘩𝘦𝘭𝘱𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘈𝘐 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘶𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘥𝘰 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘦𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘬𝘦𝘦𝘱 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨. 𝘉𝘦𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘸𝘦 𝘥𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘥𝘦 𝘰𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘢𝘵, 𝘨𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘮𝘦 7 𝘥𝘪𝘧𝘧𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘸𝘢𝘺𝘴 𝘐 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘴𝘰𝘭𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘣𝘭𝘦𝘮. 𝘔𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘰𝘱𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 𝘮𝘦𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘧𝘶𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘥𝘪𝘧𝘧𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳. 𝘍𝘰𝘳 𝘦𝘢𝘤𝘩, 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘢𝘥𝘷𝘢𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘨𝘦, 𝘱𝘰𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘢𝘭 𝘥𝘳𝘢𝘸𝘣𝘢𝘤𝘬, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘮𝘶𝘤𝘩 𝘦𝘧𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘵 𝘪𝘵 𝘸𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘳𝘦𝘲𝘶𝘪𝘳𝘦 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘶𝘴𝘦𝘳. 𝘋𝘰𝘯’𝘵 𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘰𝘴𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘣𝘦𝘴𝘵 𝘰𝘱𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘺𝘦𝘵. 𝘐 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘭𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘣𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘦𝘴 𝘧𝘪𝘳𝘴𝘵. 👀 𝗦𝗲𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲? In the first prompt, you asked AI: “𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼 𝗜 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗺𝘆 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗮 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸?” In the second, you asked: “𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗺𝘆 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹?” AI can be incredibly useful for brainstorming, but if you give it your preferred answer too early, you may unintentionally turn it into an 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗮 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗮 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗿. And sometimes your original idea WILL be the best one. The point isn't to avoid sharing your ideas with AI, it's to be intentional about 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 you share them. 🧪 𝗧𝗥𝗬 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗧𝗢𝗗𝗔𝗬 Think about something you're currently trying to decide in your business.

Why I chose The Human Advantage Theme for our first Summit
I’ve shared pieces of the summit with you over these past 2 weeks, but I want to tell you a little more about why I chose this theme. The more I use AI, the more convinced I become that the most interesting question isn’t: “What can AI do?” We already know the answer is... A LOT. 🤣 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗜 𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝘁𝗼 𝗶𝘀: When everyone has access to the same AI tools, what makes YOU and your work worth choosing? And I don’t believe the answer is becoming better at prompting than everyone else. I think it’s 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 to the technology. - Our experience. - Our judgment. - Our creativity. - Our ability to communicate. - The relationships we’ve built. - The mistakes we’ve made. - The careers we’ve had. - The businesses we’ve built. - The life we’ve lived. Especially as women in midlife, we’re bringing decades of information AI doesn’t have access to unless we give it context. That became the idea behind The Human Advantage Summit. We're going to spend five days exploring what happens when we stop thinking about AI as something we need to catch up with and start asking how it can amplify what we already bring to the table. 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗲𝘀... 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. 🎤✨ Speaker application can be found below for members Level 4 or higher. 👉🏻 𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗡 𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗘 𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗘 But even if speaking isn’t your thing, I’d love to hear this: 𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘥𝘰 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘬 𝘠𝘖𝘜𝘙 𝘏𝘶𝘮𝘢𝘯 𝘈𝘥𝘷𝘢𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘨𝘦 𝘪𝘴?👇🏻

Human advantage is my ability to choose my truth and to feel my emotions . If you think about it ( I have a lot), most Problems that we as humans have are emotionally driven. Pain points—Solution
🧠 Brain Science Tuesday: Cognitive Load vs. Intelligence
Have you ever been learning something new in AI and suddenly thought... “Maybe I’m just not good at this.” You have ChatGPT open. There’s a tutorial playing. You're jumping around from one community to another trying to watch all the lessons. There are words like APIs, tokens, context windows, agents, automations and MCPs flying around. And eventually your brain just says... NOPE. We’re done here. 🤣 I hope you realize that 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨 isn’t telling you anything about your intelligence. It's actually more likely cognitive overload. 🧠 Your working memory can only hold and process a limited amount of information at one time. When you're trying to learn a new AI tool, understand unfamiliar terminology, remember where buttons are AND figure out what prompt to write at the same time, your working memory can get overloaded. And once that happens, even relatively simple instructions can feel confusing. 🧪So Here's Your Brain Science Experiment The next time AI starts feeling like too much, reduce what’s sitting on your mental "plate". Pick 𝗢𝗡𝗘 thing you want AI to help you do...literally set all the other stuff aside, close the computer or shut down the extra open windows, and give yourself permission to learn only that one thing. 👉🏻 What tends to overload YOUR mental plate when you're learning AI? Too many tools? New terminology? Long tutorials? Not knowing where to start? Something else? I wouldn't be surprised if we see a lot of similar responses in the comments 😊
