What did you dream last night? ✨
I LOVE hearing about other peoples dreams. Especially because I am trained in Lucid dreaming facilitation, and I use dreams as an entry point into my own unconscious almost on a daily basis. I am a nerd for dream interpretation of all kinds. So this biweekly Dream Circle is envisioned as a space where dreamers of all kinds, including those that barely remember any dreams at all, are welcome to convene, share their dreams, and get their dreams interpreted with the help of the community. I would love to have you there. It’s tonight at 5 pm UK time. The link to the video call is in the Calendar tab. Come on time, but stay as long as you like, no need to stay for the full hour. And if you’re not able to join tonight, feel free to drop your dream in the comments and I would be happy to offer an “ if this were my dream” interpretation. Até já!

Sneak peak into the Lucid Dreaming Course 👷‍♀️🚧
Did you know that I am a certified Lucid Dreaming Facilitator? (And an avid dreamer) For the past couple of months, I've been working on a lucid dreaming course called Waking the Dreamer. It will live inside the Classroom of this community, and I'm still recording the last lessons. Whether you're new to lucid dreaming or are a seasoned practitioner, here's what you can learn in this new course: - When your REM windows fall, and how to map your own - How to remember your dreams, with a wake-up routine and a journal that survives the second week - How to find your own dream signs and build reality checks around them - Induction techniques matched to your sleep type: MILD, wake back to bed and WILD - Body-based practices for dream access, including a Feldenkrais-informed pre-sleep body scan and ways to settle your nervous system - Working with symbols by how they feel to you, rather than what a dictionary says - Therapeutic dreamwork, including how to work with recurring nightmares The course is set to launch at $89, and will rise as it gets updated each month. As a thank-you for being one of the first members in this community, I am offering the course at a pre-launch price 59€ instead, about 25% off. This price is open until the planned launch in the second half of October. (Pssst, heads up: tax may be added at checkout, depending on where you live, or you can buy it tax-free if you purchase as a business.) Access to the course won't be available until launch, but I will add you to the course as soon as it's available in a couple of weeks, and I offer a free 30-min dream consultation as a preparation to the course to anyone who purchases ahead of the launch. Want early access? Hop on in here

Sundays are for…dilly-dallying ✨
Normally, when the weekend rolls around, I can’t help feeling the push of the deep desire to switch off, on the one hand, and the pull of the nagging feeling that I am not doing enough. So I get myself into a paralysis where I am either not fully indulging in the rest, or doing work half-assed. (Familiar, anyone? 🙋🏻‍♀️) But today…was different. I let myself be taken by my heavy eyelids, foggy head and limbs that felt like lead to the steady hum of the waves. I laid my 🍑 down. I read. I silenced the nagging voice in my head with a rhythmic massage of the soles of my feet on the sand. Turns out, I can be a human being that does f*ck all sometimes and I can still be worthy of success. Go figure. How did you dilly-dally this weekend?

Did you know that this platform, Skool, hosts many different learning communities? I initially started using Skool to spread my work in the Sleep & Dream space, but along the way I connected with some wonderful people in their own spaces. Here are some recommendations that might be up your alley: Neurodiversity Works: a space to help neurodivergent people navigate everyday challenges by @Amy Walker The Liberated Feminine: on feminine embodiment and eroticism Grow With Evelyn: if you're a creator yourself and want to learn how to grow your business Midlife Identity Reset Circle: nervous system work for women in midlife by @Lindi Harmse Well By Juju: a health & weight loss space for women 35+ by @Juju Hesketh Nura: a mindset space for women & place to create connections by @Klara Vasutova Visibilitea: a space to learn how to generate leads on Linkedin & build a personal brand Let me know which one resonates with you!

[DREAMS] Random sorting of memories or gifts from your unconscious?
Dreams: an endless wellspring of insights directly from your unconscious 🧠 I share this story below because it’s so solidly shows how my unconscious is both trying to get my attention so that I give some care to something so tender as grief. But also to illustrate how much of a gift dream recall can be. And if you are at the phase of your relationship to your dreams in which you can barely remember anything, don’t despair. Dream recall is something that can be strengthened very quickly with just a handful of simple techniques, some which you can find under the Classroom tab in the 40-Day Dreamwork Challenge. Alternatively, contact me to arrange a free discovery call to see how we can work one on one to help you gain deep and impactful insights from your dreams. What is a recent dream that was incredibly impactful for you?
