Do you Seperate your Spiritual practice and your life? Lately all my life is about life itselfe, ever second is dedicated to the inner worl No Matter what. Smoking, Party, Meditation, movement, Sex, work, eating. Its all serves the only purpose to come closer to life. How do you experice that in your life?

Peace is the only matter that one must look for.... Peace... Dear ajad spirituality has a very deeper meaning may be u know better than me... Parties and sex can give temporary joys but spirituality at ease can give permanent joys

Initial session
Yestaerday it was nice to have a one on interaction with brother Alex. The single focus point technique was amazing... Although it needs practice....it was very comfortable to talk to Alex
