I am so blessed to be a part of this community, it feels like a family. Being someone who is alternative myself, I appreciate how Lisa doesn't follow mainstream beliefs when it comes to exercise. She has done deep research and training on how to restore our movement patterns back to the way were designed, and often that can be in opposition to the mainstream path which many overlook. Can't recommend enough.
