Daily Recode - Celebrate the People Who Celebrate You
Celebrate the people who can witness your growth without competing with it. Pay attention to the people who can genuinely be happy when something good happens for you. The ones who don’t need to shrink your moment. Who can hear your good news without immediately comparing it to their own life. Who can watch you change, grow, succeed, or become more confident without treating your growth like a threat. Those relationships are a form of wealth. Healthy community doesn’t require everyone to be in the same season at the same time. One person can be celebrating while another is still figuring things out, and there can still be room for genuine love between them. And this goes both ways. Part of building the kind of community we want is also learning how to witness someone else’s growth without asking what it says about us. Someone else’s becoming does not diminish your own. There is room to celebrate what is happening for them while continuing to tend to what is unfolding for you. Reflection Who in my life has shown that they can genuinely celebrate my growth? And how well do I celebrate the growth of others when I’m still waiting on something of my own? Today’s Practice Give someone their flowers today. Think of a person whose growth you’ve witnessed recently and tell them what you see. It could be something big, but it doesn’t have to be. “I see how much you’ve grown.” “I’m proud of what you’re building.” “You handled that differently than you would have a year ago.” “I’m happy for you.” Let their moment belong to them. Affirmation I welcome relationships where growth can be celebrated. Someone else’s progress does not diminish mine. I can witness another person’s abundance without questioning my own path. I value the people who can celebrate with me, and I practice being that person for others. Community Reflection Who has been able to genuinely celebrate your growth—and what has that kind of support meant to you? Or, give someone in this community their flowers today. 🌻

Daily Recode - Make Room for Solutions
Let your language make room for solutions, support, and change. The way we speak can either close a conversation or keep it open. When we say, “There’s nothing I can do.” “No one can help.” “It will always be this way.” we may stop looking before we’ve explored what’s possible. Choosing hopeful language isn’t about pretending every problem has an easy answer. It’s about refusing to let discouragement make your decisions. Sometimes the most powerful sentence isn’t one that has all the answers.nIt’s one that’s willing to keep asking better questions. Reflection Where have I been speaking as though my current situation is permanent? What words would leave room for growth, support, or a new possibility? Today’s Practice Pay attention to one limiting statement you make today. Before moving on, pause and ask yourself: “What question could I ask instead?” For example, Instead of: “This will never work.” Try: “What haven’t I considered yet?” Instead of: “I’m on my own.” Try: “Who or what could support me as I move forward?” Notice how curiosity creates space for possibilities that certainty may have overlooked. Affirmation My words leave room for wisdom. My language welcomes solutions. I remain open to support, growth, and change. I do not have to know every answer to keep moving forward. Community Reflection What is one sentence you’re replacing with language that leaves more room for hope, wisdom, or possibility? Share only what feels comfortable. ✦ ☾ ✦ Week 6 • The Language of Scarcity Rooted in truth. Rising in abundance. Together.

Daily Recode - You Don’t Have to Perform Strength
You do not need to perform strength every moment in order to deserve respect. Sometimes strength becomes a role instead of a resource. We convince ourselves that we always have to be composed. Always have the answers. Always carry the weight. Always reassure everyone else that we’re okay. But constantly performing strength can become another way of hiding. Real strength isn’t pretending you never get tired. It’s having the courage to acknowledge your limits, ask for support when you need it, and remain honest about where you are. You do not become less respectable because you’re human. You don’t lose your dignity because you need a moment to breathe. Sometimes the strongest thing you can do is stop pretending that you have to carry everything alone. Reflection Where have I been performing strength instead of practicing honesty? What would it feel like to let someone see the real me without believing I have to prove I’m okay? Today’s Practice Notice one moment today when you’re tempted to say, “I’m fine,” if it isn’t true. You don’t have to share everything. But you can practice responding with honesty instead of habit. Even a simple, “I’m carrying a lot today,” or “I could use a little grace,” is a reminder that authenticity is stronger than performance. Affirmation I do not have to perform strength to be respected. My honesty does not diminish my dignity. I am allowed to be supported. My humanity is not a weakness. Community Reflection Have you ever felt pressure to always be the strong one? What has that expectation cost you, and what are you learning to do differently? Share only what feels comfortable. ✦ ☾ ✦ Week 7 • Worthiness Without Performance Rooted in truth. Rising in abundance. Together.

Daily Recode - The Words You Practice
Your words are not magic tricks, but they do shape what you repeatedly expect and permit. The way you speak won’t guarantee an outcome. But it does influence the way you think, the choices you make, and what you begin to believe is possible. If you repeatedly tell yourself, “Nothing ever works out for me,” you may become less willing to take healthy risks or notice new opportunities. If you constantly say, “I’ll always struggle,” you may unknowingly begin organizing your life around that expectation. This isn’t about pretending problems don’t exist. It’s about recognizing that your words can either reinforce hopelessness or support a mindset that’s open to growth. Choose language that is both honest and life-giving. Reflection What phrase do I repeat that may be shaping my expectations more than I realize? If I spoke with both honesty and hope, how might that sentence change? Today’s Practice Pay attention to one recurring phrase you say about yourself, your finances, or your future. When you catch it, pause and ask: “Is this describing my current situation, or is it becoming the story I’m expecting to live?” Rewrite the sentence so it reflects your present reality without closing the door on what’s possible. Affirmation My words reflect truth, not fear. I choose language that supports wisdom, growth, and possibility. I can acknowledge today’s reality while remaining open to tomorrow’s opportunities. Community Reflection What’s one phrase you’ve stopped saying because it no longer reflects the future you’re working toward? Share only if you’re comfortable. ✦ ☾ ✦ Week 6 • The Language of Scarcity Rooted in truth. Rising in abundance. Together.

Daily Recode - Releasing The Identify of The Struggler
Powerful without pain You can be powerful without being in constant pain․ Your strength does not have to be proven through suffering․ Perhaps there were seasons when struggle shaped, sharpened and taught how to survive‚ but survival is not the only way to know yourself․ AFFIRMATION I can honor what I survived without being chained to pain․ I am powerful in peace‚ not only in pressure․ I don't have to suffer to prove my strength․ I am allowed to become familiar with a softer way of living. REFLECTION Where have I confused struggle with identity? Some people may get so used to overcoming difficulty that ease may feel foreign‚ unearned or suspicious․ You might find that you expect everything to be difficult before you can trust that something is real. This recode isn’t about denying what you have been through․ It's important to remember that although pain may be part of your story‚ it doesn't have to be the center of your story․ PRACTICE Notice one place where you may be preparing for struggle before it arrives. Pause and ask: “Who am I when I am not fighting‚ proving‚ or surviving?” Let that question come to rest without forcing an answer․ Then say: “I can be powerful without being in pain․” TODAY’S REMINDER You can honor the version of yourself that survived without demanding that every future version of yourself keep suffering․ COMMUNITY REFLECTION What would it feel like to have power without needing to fight to achieve it? I only share what I'm comfortable․ ✦ ☾ ✦ Week 3 • Revealing the Identity of the Struggler Rooted in truth․ Rising in abundance․ Together․
