HELLO, COMMUNITY… are you on silent mode?
All of us have ideas, insights, doubts, questions and wins. So… why don’t we show up? 👀Add value? Contribute? We often see the same people sharing their thoughts, while so many others remain completely silent. (Yes, some people keep on sharing attachments. 📎No context. No story. Not valuable ones anyway.🤔) But here’s the real question: What’s keeping people from posting, joining the conversation, sharing their voice, and adding their own little piece of value to this community? Because your perspective might be exactly what someone else needed to hear today. 👀 Let’s investigate. 🕵️‍♀️ 🎱 THE “WHY I DIDN’T POST IT” POOL Pick your reason… or the reason you think other people have. YOUR TURN 👇

Exactly, you’re right. Most people here are silent… and some just share files and attachments without any explanation. I don’t know if they’re too tired to write something, or if their goal is simply to collect points, or whatever other reason they might have. Unfortunately, without interaction, no real value is added...🌛 What is the purpose of growth and awareness anyway? In my opinion, it’s not just about self-improvement. We should also ask ourselves: what are we adding to the world through this journey? For example, maybe sharing our personal stories or the reasons behind our successes could prevent someone from taking their own life. Maybe we can help people overcome the struggles they’re going through and find their way out. Personally, I was able to sell my house with the spiritual guidance and advice I received from members here. In the comments, people gave me many ideas about what I could do to cleanse the energy of my home and improve the situation.❤️🥰❤️

@Kátia Castro Costa Thank you, beautiful and lovely soul.💕🎀💓
Headache After Meditation🔵
In some of Joe Dispenza’s meditations, you’re supposed to become aware of the space around you and the volume of space that you occupy, or even the volume of the room you’re in. 🦋 The purpose is to shift your attention from the body toward the surrounding environment!🌏 Every time I do this, though, I get a headache at the top of my head... Has anyone else experienced this or knows what might be causing it?

@Michèle - SpiritMoonWalker C. St.Amour How interesting! I’m grateful for your explanation, it was really helpful. It was the first comment that actually seemed to address how to solve my problem.🙏🕊🙏

@Dhira Lalita Thank you. ،She’s absolutely right. Lately, I’ve noticed that when I ask a question, most of the comments are more focused on judging rather than actually looking into the problem I’m experiencing. But Michelle answered based on the knowledge and expertise she has in this field✨️🌛
Cleansing the house⛄️🎠
Happy New Year to all you beautiful souls. I wish you spiritual growth and, of course, an increase in frequency in this new year💫🙏🧚‍♂️💕 Today, I burned sage and the whole house filled with its scent. I did this with the intention of cleansing the house from negative energies. After that, I placed salt stones in every room. Why do some people say that burning sage and other plants can open the door for demons to enter the house?

@Ati Asadi Thank you, my dear, for your explanations. You expressed it so clearly...😍❣️ I did this with the intention of cleansing, and after I did it, I realized that I had never seen a video explaining how to spread the smoke throughout the house. Then, when I searched, I came across those negative comments, and immediately came here to ask my friends.🥰
It’s OKAY to Just BE 🌿✨ (We are human BEINGS, not human DOERS)
As someone deeply committed to self-development and mindfulness, I’ve come to a realization: it’s okay not to be mindful all the time. Sometimes, it’s okay to just exist, to simply be. Don’t get me wrong, being mindful and intentional is one of the most beautiful ways to live life. But let’s be honest, it can also feel overwhelming at times. Striving to have the “perfect” morning routine, reacting flawlessly to triggers, or staying constantly present can lead to an exhausting pursuit of perfectionism. Here’s what I’ve learned: it’s okay to let go. It’s okay to not react perfectly. It’s okay to not have it all together every single moment. **We are human BEINGS, not human DOERS** Sometimes, the most mindful thing you can do is give yourself permission to simply exist. To breathe. To embrace the messy, imperfect, beautiful essence of being human. So, next time you catch yourself striving to be the “perfect” version of yourself, remember this: you are already enough, just as you are—even on your “off” days. Take a deep breath, let go, and just live. 💛 You’ve got this. 🌟
