These 4 AI business models are huge right now. And the old models are struggling. (check image below) "Done for you" and his 2 sibblings are silently wondering what's happening in the market... Your offers in 2026 won't just be about the levels of access to you. Done for you (DFY), done with you (DWY), and do it yourself (DIY). You have to look beyond that old mindset. AI created a whole new market. DWAI. "Done With AI" This is 1 model, not 3 different ones. AI can and will continue to master more and more of the manual labor economy. (think AI voice, AI funnels, AI workflows etc). Businesses spend lots of money getting help with AI.
