Question
How do I achieve high kicks.like what mobility and stretching exercises should I stick to and be consistent with in order to get a high kick?

I’ll try and post a video up on this subject soon. You should aim to include hip strengthening exercises as well as deep stretching every session and aim to stretch just a little bit further each time to improve flexibility.
