@Rositsa Aleksandrova 🤣🤣🤣 Maybe- your body builds up to tolerance overtime and will regulate the enzymes to clear it. Some people genetically are prone to being able to detoxify caffeine rapidly. I am not one of them. 😉
Preview of Hidden Patterns Quiz
If you're coming from Human First/AI Driven Summit this week or are an existing member of this community, I have a gift for you, my Hidden Patterns Quiz. The backstory is that I've been observing patterns my entire life. When I got into functional medicine practice, I noticed the physical, mental, and emotional patterns that my patients had. At first I saw them through the lens of biochemistry, physiology and nervous system regulation, but as I healed and grew myself and added the emotional and spiritual tools to my toolbox my lens expanded. I could SEE how profoundly interconnected everything was. So to help me illustrate that to my patients, I created this quiz (it started off as a static check box but is now an app). It connects the dots on how our physical, mental, emotional, and relational may be contributing to our life and current state. Your low back pain, tension in your jaw, reflux and indigestion, anxiety, indecision, not speaking up to keep the peace, and self sabotage are all related (just an example I see often😉). The quiz invites you to bring awareness what might be connected for you, if there are repeating patterns, and opens the possibility of asking what can shift if you see things from a different lens. Here is the link: Hidden Patterns Quiz Over the coming days we're going to dive into it further. I also want to ask a simple poll question: Do you fully see how everything in your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual body is connected?? I'll tell you what I've observed in 20 years of working with people in the comments.

@Sonja Bey I'm so glad you've built that stability. Having a stable foundation is in my humble opinion essential to thriving in life and having the resilience/bandwidth to whether the ups and downs when they come. If there's a part of you, that still is waiting for the shit to hit the fan, it's an invitation to go within and ask yourself what part(s) still don't feel safe? This is the same question I ask people when I'm working with them. Sometimes the answer is quiet and can't easily be resolved, but sometimes it's loud or buried. Another question to consider, how would you feel if you felt completely safe? Ironically, this can almost be the scarier question. 🙏🏼💜

Can You Relate to Feeling Misunderstood? (or not truly seen)
In another community we were asked to describe our ideal community member and I've struggle with this in the past, but today it flowed so much easier and I wanted to share it with you. She is a midlife woman who's already done some self-work but knows she is still living inside old patterns she can’t think her way out of. People see her as intelligent, self-aware, and capable, but she wants more than that and doesn't relate to that version of herself anymore. She deeply craves connection through stronger relationships, more confidence in her words and actions, and a life or business that feels more like hers (and not what's expected of her). What keeps her awake at night is the gap between what she understands and what she can actually change. She asks herself, "Why am I still anxious, triggered, overthinking, people-pleasing, holding back, repeating the same patterns, or afraid to fully be seen?" *********************************************************************************************************** That was how I replied. I can relate because I've been there too. At one time just a few years I had so much internal resistance because I felt so disconnected to the version of me the world saw and the version of me that existed within me. I ignored it for a while, until I couldn't. It nearly broke me and I'm so grateful every day it did, because it forced me to honor myself by releasing the stories and emotions that had been holding me back like a self-imposed prison. As I shed those layers I slowly began remembering me and as that process unfolded my power, voice, and confidence returned. But the biggest gift is emotional freedom- I'm no longer consumed by or get caught up in other peoples' opinions, stories, or narratives and I'm not triggered by much of anything. If I do get triggered, it's an invitation to check in and see what I need. I'd love to know if you can relate? Do you feel misunderstood or unseen? Do you feel like people really know you? 💗

@Rositsa Aleksandrova Right! Once we allow ourselves to move on and let things go (or integrate them) it gives us the space and freedom to live life fully and presently!!!

@Rositsa Aleksandrova I started skiing at 18 (I grew on the sunny beaches of south FL but my BF in college went to school here in CO). I was decent, and then learned to snowboard at 33 or 34. It was harder to learn but sooooo much more fun! It's kind of like surfing or longboarding, but your feet are strapped in. Less likely to hurt a knee- more likely to bonk your head or butt.

Join Me Next Week 🥰✨
Next week I'm speaking at the Human First. AI Driven. Summit on October 5–7! This topic is near and dear to me because I believe we're at an inflection point in human history. We've got a magnificent tool in AI, but it's challenging us to ask many questions about when, where, why and how we use it. I'm in the camp of human first 100% and partner with AI as a tool to support us, but not replace who we are. My recorded talk is ✨The Freedom of Being Seen✨(especially in midlife when this might feel harder💗). We might be tempted to use AI as our voice and image because we fear showing up as ourselves and being truly visible for who we are. And I get that, because I was afraid to show the real me for years too. During the talk I'll be walking you through a tool I developed for my clients: The Hidden Patterns Quiz. It's a self-discovery tool that helps you connect what may seem unrelated. In it we'll explore three sections: Your Body, Your Inner World, and Your Life + Relationships to uncover recurring patterns that might be keeping you stuck and impacting your life, business and health. When the dots connect, you may see what has been shaping your confidence, visibility, relationships, business growth, and ability to move toward what’s next giving you a clearer place to begin. Everyone I use this tool with has lightbulb moments when they see how everything is related. This awareness is the first step to allowing yourself to become more visible so you can share your amazing gifts with the world. I hope to see you there (link)!!
