Here's one simple leadership practice to try: Before ending a meeting or conversation, ask: “Before we leave, what does success look like from here?” Then listen. Clarity isn't simply saying something clearly. It's making sure you've created shared understanding. 💬 What's one question you use to make sure everyone leaves on the same page?
