Adding my post here for the end of June, first week of July: ✅ What I did Created a two-page Channel Brief for my YouTube coach. He's in a very different world from mine (male, left-brained YouTube growth energy), so putting this together forced me to articulate what I'm building in plain language without hiding behind explanations or apologies. Who I am, my niche, my content architecture, my ecosystem, and what success actually looks like for me (hint: it's not subscriber counts). What started as a two-page plan turned into a full production infrastructure: a strategic evaluation of my channel's strengths and risks, a Claude.ai project setup for all YouTube production work, two Claude Skills queued to build (one for identifying YouTube Shorts from my transcripts, one for metrics analysis), and a consolidated metrics system that tracks the questions that actually matter: are the right women finding me, are they staying, and are they moving closer. I also made a decision I didn't expect to make: I'm done hiding who I am. The French couture vocabulary, the atelier aesthetic, the boutique positioning. It's all going in front of the coach, not behind a translation layer. This is a boutique niche. I'm not trying to be for everyone. 💥 What got in my way My own thinking. I didn't know where or when to move forward on my YouTube. That uncertainty was the block, not the work itself. 🤔 Where I feel stuck I don't in this moment. 💚 Where I feel good I accomplished so much more than a two-page plan. I now have the infrastructure to create my Claude project and skills, and input into my vidIQ. What I thought was a simple deliverable for a coach became the foundation for how I'm actually going create and manage my channel.
