🧩 Introduce Yourself — Let Us Get to Know You!
Welcome again to Your Pathway To Growth Community! This is where we start building real connections. Every member here has a unique story, perspective, and goal; and sharing a little of yours helps everyone feel more at home. Please take a few minutes to post a short introduction in the comments below. You can include any (or all) of these: → Where you are joining us from. → What brought you here, your "why". → One goal, habit, or change you are currently working on. → Something fun or unexpected about you (we like those too). You will find that our community is warm, respectful, and genuinely curious. Your words might be exactly what someone else needs to read today. And if you see another member’s post that resonates, say hello, offer encouragement, or ask a question. That is how friendships and accountability begin here. Growth is the purpose. Change is the path. So, go ahead and introduce yourself below. We are glad you are here.

@Barbara Tomlin Glad you found your way to join us. It is hard to believe it has been that long since we met, and how our paths paralleled before that!
🎯 The Art Of Leaderboarding
There is a little flame beside some names in Skool communities, and there is a leaderboard showing who has accumulated the most points over the past seven days. For some people, it is just a bit of fun; gaming the system in order to get meaningless metrics. For others, particularly those who are trying to become known within a community, the leaderboard represents something else: visibility. There is nothing wrong with wanting to reach the top of it. The trick is getting there without making everybody else wish you had not. Start With The Number If you want the number one position on a community's seven-day leaderboard, begin by looking at the current leader's score. Let us say the person sitting at number one has 140 points. Divide that number by seven. 140 ÷ 7 = 20. That tells you the approximate daily pace required to compete at that level. It does not necessarily mean you need to make 20 posts every day. Leaderboard points can also come from the engagement your contributions generate, so a useful post that attracts likes and comments can do some of the work for you. Think of 20 as your daily activity target rather than your posting quota. And that distinction matters. Do Not Storm The Castle Suppose the leader has 140 points and you decide you are going to take first place today. You could theoretically charge into the community and start posting, commenting, and interacting like a caffeinated squirrel until you have accumulated enough points to challenge the leader. Please do not. Even if the system allows it, the other memberss in the community may have a somewhat different reaction. Twenty or thirty posts appearing from the same person in a short period can look less like participation and more like spam. Members may begin scrolling past your name. Moderators may notice for all the wrong reasons. An administrator may decide that your leaderboard ambitions are interfering with the community itself. You may win the leaderboard and lose the audience. That is a terrible trade. Instead, play the long game.

TWO 1-ON-1 MENTORING SPOTS - US$249/MONTH
There are plenty of group coaching programs that cost considerably more than US$249 per month. Group coaching can be excellent. But sometimes you do not need to wedge your questions, your business, or your circumstances into someone else's pre-packaged program. Sometimes you need someone working directly with you. I am opening two spots for private 1-on-1 mentoring at US$249 per month. These are not cookie-cutter programs with everyone following the same curriculum. Your individual mentoring program is built around your unique needs, goals, circumstances, and budget. We might work on business direction, online presence, youe website, content creation, marketing, A.I., products and services, getting unstuck, sorting through too many ideas, mindset changes, or simply determining what should come next. And those needs may change as we work together. That is the point. We start where you are, identify where you want to go, and work together on what will actually help you get there. You are not buying access to a predetermined program. You are gaining a mentor who gets to know you, your business, and what you are trying to accomplish. I recognise that times are tough. You may be putting off the support you need due to perceived cost. Do not missd this opportunity. Only two spots are available at this price. US$249 per month. Private. Personal. Built around you. If this sounds like the kind of guidance you have been looking for, we should have a conversation. I am deliberately limiting this offer to two 1-on-1 mentoring spots because truly personal mentoring requires time, attention, and availability. When these two spots are filled, I will close this offer rather than take on more people than I can properly serve. If you have been thinking that having someone in your corner might help you move forward, send me a private message while one of the two spots is still available. We can have a conversation and see whether working together makes sense. I am available, approachable, affordable, providing peofessional mentoring services matched to your needs and budget.
