Wall Cossacks
Hey everyone-I’m new here ☺️. Mom/fire wife dealing with a posterior hip issue in my left hip. I’m looking at the hip workout and trying to understand the flow of the Wall Cossack. After we reach for our toes on the wall, do we reverse back the same way for another rep? I would love to see a video not chopped that shows a few reps of the exercise. So glad I found this program for me and my husband.

RANGE REBUILD PROGRAM UPDATE
Hey Team, Who has been getting stuck into the program? I’ve got some exciting news for you... I’ve just released an updated version of the Range Rebuild Program! You can find the updated program inside the Classrooms section. I’ve made some pretty significant changes based on what I’ve learned from coaching myself and my clients over the years, with one main goal: Make your mobility training more effective, structured and time-efficient. Here’s what’s changed 👇 1. NEW 7-DAY TRAINING STRUCTURE Instead of having just 3 training days, the new structure gives you 7 days of targeted mobility work. This doesn't mean spending more time training. Each session is much shorter and more focused, with new routines targeting areas that often get overlooked: - Feet & Ankles - Wide stance & Hips - Trunk & Shoulders - Knees & Quads - Shoulders & Scapula - Split Stance & Hamstrings The goal is to give your body more frequent exposure to quality movement without making mobility another huge commitment in your week. 2. MAXIMUM 20-MINUTE SESSIONS Every routine has been specifically designed to take 20 minutes or less. One of the biggest changes is the introduction of EMOMs (Every Minute On the Minute) This means: - Less time wasted - Greater focus - More consistency - Better training quality - and more work completed in less time I've used this approach extensively in my own training and with my clients over the years, and it's consistently been one of the best ways I've found to make strength & mobility training simple, structured and sustainable. Jump into the Classrooms and check out the updated Range Rebuild Program. Give the new structure a try and let me know what you think. All feedback is welcome! If you have any questions, suggestions, or notice anything that could be improved, drop a comment below or send me a message. Let's goooooo! 💪

@Brooke Peirce Flat bench works well only as long as you can position yourself into the movement well and achieve the correct stretch sensation in the outer glute region. If you don't have access to an incline bench, then using a yoga block can work here. E.g Placing the yoga block beneath your knee to find better position. Let me know if that makes sense! :)
