I am a 25-year veteran of technology, cloud, automation and worked in/with AI for about 7 years. My business partner is Ex-CEO of a top 5 media agency. We have pitched and demoed a client an ai-powered automation that can potentially save them £500/yr in outsourcing charges and free up a lot of internal creative talent time. We are the only team/company that has completed their brief and demonstrated a working pipeline. Our question is how do we address the "bus factor" for these larger companies? I know the model of the future is a business/niche expert (CEO) paired with a technical/AI expert (CTO) with leveraging AI and more and more Agentic AI. But these older, larger companies still don't get it. Is there a way to partner with other agencies on a retainer or somehow that gives the larger clients assurance without having to hire until needing to scale?
