It's been a while since I posted here, good to be back. I'm hiring sales reps to work Australian hours (AEST). The work is calling, emailing and follow-up for one of our own products. It's an easy sell: the customer starts on a free trial, so there's no price objection on the first call. Two ways to work with us: Base + commission: PHP 25,000/month base plus PHP 1,500 per converted signup. Hit 9 signups a week and you're at PHP 80,000/month all-in. Commission only: PHP 2,500 per converted signup, no cap. Same volume puts you over PHP 80,000/month. Commission is paid when the customer converts to paid after their trial, not on trial starts, so quality calls beat volume dialling. You'll work directly for us, in our business, not placed with a client. Direct line to the founders, training and scripts provided. Sales or appointment-setting experience plus AU hours availability, comment or DM me. For the salaried position, English must be excellent.
