🌞 Good Morning, Academy Fam! 🌞
Happy 1st September! ☀️💰❤️‍🔥 New month. Fresh start. And we're kicking September off by talking about something that stops a LOT of people from making more sales... CONFIDENCE. How many times have you thought: "I don't want to sound salesy." "What if they say no?" "What if nobody buys?" "I feel awkward talking about my offer." "I'll promote it when I feel more confident." Here's the problem... You might be waiting a VERY long time. 😂 Because sales confidence doesn't magically arrive one morning. You build it by selling. ✨ Today's Motivation Sales confidence doesn't come before you start selling. It comes because you keep selling. Think about almost anything you've learned. The first time felt uncomfortable. The tenth time felt easier. The hundredth time became normal. Sales is no different. Every time you: 💬 Talk about your offer. 📱 Write a sales post. 📩 Have a DM conversation. ❓ Answer an objection. 💰 Ask for the sale. 🤝 Follow up with someone. ...you're building experience. And experience builds confidence. ACTION → EXPERIENCE → CONFIDENCE → BETTER ACTION Not: WAIT → FEEL CONFIDENT → FINALLY START. 🧠 Today's Tip Every sales conversation gives you experience—even when it doesn't result in a sale. This is important. A conversation that doesn't end with: "WHERE DO I PAY?!" 😂💳 isn't automatically a failure. Maybe you discovered: 😩 A problem your audience has. ❓ A question they keep asking. 🚧 An objection stopping them buying. 💰 A pricing concern. 🎯 A result they're actually looking for. 🗣️ Language they naturally use to describe their problem. All of that is valuable. Because your next sales post can become stronger. Your offer can become clearer. Your messaging can improve. Sales conversations are market research. Listen as much as you sell. ✅ Today's Action Start THREE genuine conversations today. Not: "HEY! BUY MY PRODUCT!" 😂 Start like a normal human being. Reply to someone's post. Respond to a Story. Continue a conversation in your DMs.

This really resonates, Darren. I think waiting until we feel “confident enough” can become a very convenient reason not to put ourselves out there. 😅 The more conversations I have, the more I realise they’re valuable whether they lead to a sale or not — you learn what people are actually struggling with, the words they use and what they need. Definitely taking the three-conversation challenge into September. 🙌❤️

@Darren Kew That’s exactly what I’m hoping for — building the confidence through actually doing it rather than waiting for it to magically appear first. 😅 September is officially my month of more conversations and less overthinking! 🙌
🌞 Good Morning, Academy Fam! 🌞
Happy 2nd September! ☀️💬💰❤️‍🔥 Let's continue September with something I think holds a LOT of people back from selling... "I'm just not good at sales." Maybe selling feels awkward. Maybe you don't know what to say. Maybe you worry about sounding pushy. Maybe you see someone effortlessly selling every day and think: "They've just naturally got it." But selling isn't some magical personality trait you're either born with or you're not. Selling is a SKILL. And skills can be learned, practised, and improved. ✨ Today's Motivation You don't need to be a natural salesperson. Selling is a skill you can learn. Think about when you first started creating content. Or using AI. Or building digital products. Or running a business. Were you brilliant on Day One? Probably not. 😂 You learned. You practised. You made mistakes. You figured out what worked. Selling is exactly the same. The more conversations you have, the more you'll understand: 💬 How people describe their problems. ❓ What questions they ask. 🚧 What stops them buying. 🎯 What results they actually want. ❤️ What matters to them. 💰 What makes an offer feel valuable. And slowly... Those awkward conversations become easier. 🧠 Today's Tip Focus on understanding people rather than memorising sales scripts. Scripts can help. Frameworks can help. Templates can help. But nobody wants to feel like they're having a conversation with somebody reading: "SALES SCRIPT — PARAGRAPH THREE." 😂 Instead of thinking: "What can I SAY to make this person buy?" Try asking: "What do I need to UNDERSTAND about this person?" That's a completely different approach. Great selling often starts with great questions. Try: 💬 "What are you currently struggling with?" 🎯 "What are you trying to achieve?" 😩 "What's been the hardest part?" 🤔 "What have you already tried?" 🚧 "What's stopping you from moving forward?" Then... LISTEN. Don't mentally prepare your pitch while they're still talking. 😂 Actually pay attention to the answer.

I really like the shift from “what can I say to make them buy?” to “what do I actually need to understand?” That takes so much of the awkwardness out of selling. And keeping the exact words people use is something I need to get much better at too — they usually describe the problem far better than we ever could. 😅

@Darren Kew Yes — that last point especially! 😂 Basically letting people hand us the words instead of sitting there trying to invent the “perfect” sales message. I need to start paying much closer attention to that.
🚨 THE WAIT IS ALMOST OVER — WE OPEN TOMORROW! 🛒💸

🌞 Good Morning, Academy Fam! 🌞
Happy 31st August! ☀️🤖❤️‍🔥 We're finishing the month with one of the most important reminders I can give anyone using AI to create content... AI should help you sound MORE like you—not turn you into everyone else. AI can write the post. Create the hook. Improve the structure. Fix the grammar. Generate 20 ideas. Rewrite the caption. But there's one ingredient it can't automatically recreate... YOU. Your experiences. Your opinions. Your humour. Your mistakes. Your weird little sayings. 😂 Your lessons. Your stories. That's what turns AI-generated words into content that actually feels human. ✨ Today's Motivation People connect with people, not perfect marketing machines. There's so much AI-generated content online now that audiences are becoming better at recognising content that feels generic. You know the type... "In today's fast-paced digital landscape..." 😂 Perfect grammar. Perfect structure. Technically correct. And absolutely ZERO personality. You finish reading it and think: "Well... that certainly contained words." 😂 Your goal shouldn't be to hide the fact that AI helped you. Your goal should be to make sure the final content still contains your thinking. 🧠 Today's Tip Add your experiences, humour, opinions, mistakes, and lessons to AI-generated content. Instead of asking AI: ❌ "Write me a post about consistency." Give it something only YOU can provide. Try: "I want to write about consistency. One thing I've learned is that some of my best-performing posts were the ones I nearly didn't publish because I thought they weren't good enough. Use that experience as the starting point." Now we're getting somewhere. Give AI the raw ingredients from your life and business. Then let it help you structure them. Think: YOUR EXPERIENCE + AI ASSISTANCE = BETTER CONTENT Not: AI + COPY + PASTE = CONTENT 😂 ✅ Today's Action Take ONE AI-generated draft you've created recently. Before publishing it, personalise it. Look for somewhere you can add:

This is exactly how I’ve learned to use AI, Darren. I rarely just ask it to “write me a post” — I normally come with the thought, experience or slightly messy idea first and then use AI to help me turn it into something that actually makes sense. I also go back and change words or phrases I simply wouldn’t use. For me that’s the difference — AI can help me communicate what’s in my head, but what’s in my head still has to come from me.

💸 WHY LOW-TICKET SALES MATTER — ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU'RE STARTING OUT
Just over 𝟮 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗹 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝘄 𝗧𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲™ opens, and we already have 92 members waiting for the doors to open. 🛒🔥 But today, I don't want to just promote another community. I want to explain 𝗪𝗛𝗬 𝗜'𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁 𝗶𝘁. Because I think a lot of people entering the digital product world are being taught to sell backwards. 🤔 𝗪𝗛𝗬 𝗪𝗢𝗨𝗟𝗗 𝗦𝗢𝗠𝗘𝗢𝗡𝗘 𝗕𝗨𝗬 𝗙𝗥𝗢𝗠 𝗬𝗢𝗨? Think about it. You're a new seller. Nobody really knows your name yet. You haven't built a huge audience. You don't have hundreds of testimonials. You haven't got screenshots showing thousands in sales. And then someone tells you... 💰 Create a $97 product. 💰 Build a $297 course. 💰 Sell high-ticket because that's where the money is. But there's one problem... 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 $𝟭𝟬𝟬, $𝟯𝟬𝟬 𝗼𝗿 $𝟭,𝟬𝟬𝟬? In most cases, they won't. Not because your product isn't good. Not because you can't build a successful business. Simply because... 𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗬 𝗗𝗢𝗡'𝗧 𝗞𝗡𝗢𝗪 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗬𝗘𝗧. Trust has to come first. 🚨 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗜𝗦 𝗪𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗘 𝗟𝗢𝗪 𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗞𝗘𝗧 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗘𝗦 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗦 Instead of asking a stranger for $197... What if their first experience with you was a genuinely useful $𝟯, $𝟱, $𝟳 𝗼𝗿 $𝟭𝟬 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁? That's a much easier decision. They're no longer thinking: "𝘋𝘰 𝘐 𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘰𝘯 𝘦𝘯𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘱𝘦𝘯𝘥 𝘩𝘶𝘯𝘥𝘳𝘦𝘥𝘴?" They're thinking: "𝘛𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘭𝘰𝘰𝘬𝘴 𝘶𝘴𝘦𝘧𝘶𝘭. 𝘐𝘵'𝘴 𝘰𝘯𝘭𝘺 $5. 𝘐'𝘭𝘭 𝘨𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘪𝘵 𝘢 𝘵𝘳𝘺." 🔥 And THAT is your opportunity. Because you haven't just made $5. 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝘃𝗲 𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗮 𝗖𝗨𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗠𝗘𝗥. And there's a massive difference between a follower and a customer. 🧠 𝗔 $𝟱 𝗦𝗔𝗟𝗘 𝗖𝗔𝗡 𝗕𝗨𝗜𝗟𝗗 𝗧𝗥𝗨𝗦𝗧 Someone buys your product. They open it. They use it. They get value from it. Now they know a little more about you. They've experienced your work. They've seen what you can deliver. So the next time you put an offer in front of them, you're no longer a complete stranger. That's why when I make a $3 sale, I don't think: ❌ "𝘐'𝘷𝘦 𝘰𝘯𝘭𝘺 𝘮𝘢𝘥𝘦 $3." I think: 🔥 "𝘐'𝘷𝘦 𝘨𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘥 𝘢𝘯𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘤𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘳." That's a completely different mindset. 🚀 𝗟𝗢𝗪 𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗞𝗘𝗧 𝗖𝗔𝗡 𝗛𝗘𝗟𝗣 𝗕𝗨𝗜𝗟𝗗 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗕𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗗
