Hello all 👋, I hope you are all having a happy and successful week! I am a complete newbie and trying to get through the list of things I need to do to get my shop set up. I have been watching, pausing, rewinding and rewatching the videos to help me through each step. I've got quite stuck with updating policy settings in Etsy. In the video they suggest not allowing returns/exchanges and to detail the reason why (items are made to order etc). I have the returns/exchanges set to not accepted but cannot find where I am able to include an explanation about why and that exchanges will be accepted for items damaged on delivery. Where do I include this information please? Thanks so much for your help.

Me again!! I have set up my shop in Etsy, I have put in the logo but I am having issues with the banner. On the video it suggests showing a few of your designs and add in info, such as quality of poster etc but it only allows me to upload one file, do I need to set up a separate file with all this info and then upload that?
