What's up y'all... Well I mostly use Instagram to drive people to my only fans page. I'm obviously here to increase my follower count my engagement and ultimately to increase my income via driving people to my paid pages. I look forward to learning from everyone here.

Welcome Richard !
Day 1 - Get Personal
5 Struggles · Drugs o Struggled with drugs and alcohol since early 20s o Caused my life to fall apart o Health to deteriorate o Set me back o Hurt my mind · Bullying o Set me on my path the drug abuse and self-worth issues o Couldn’t tell my parents bc I didn’t want them to know I was gay o Cried alone o Felt alone · Self-Worth o Didn’t think I was good enough o Never comfortable in my own skin o Thought I was fat then too skinny \ · Anxiety / ADHD o Kept me from doing a lot of things in my life o Stopped me from meeting people and venturing out o Couldn’t leave my house as a kid o Can’t focus o Hard to work · Codependcy o Felt I couldn’t be alone o Co-dependent mother/son relationship o Always seeking validation from a partner o Let me to bad relationships o Drove me to more drugs so I could avoid the feeling of needing someone 1. Drugs I started hard drugs in my early 20s and never stopped. I had easy access, and I thought partying is what 20 yos did. I thought it was all about having fun. Because of it, I didn’t work in my 20s to better my life. I just treaded water. It was a lot of wasted time that I don’t even remember. It got worse when I discovered meth. That became my life. I Isolated living with my mom. I almost died. I was a skeleton. I didn’t do anything but get high. Multiple needles in my arm a day. I scared her and my family. 2. Bulltying I was bullied heavily in middle school for being fat and gay. I was different than the other boys in a small private school. I didn’t play sports. I was a nerd and therefore I was gay. The bullying caused me to eventually miss school a lot. Then the teachers started making fun of me, too. It eventually lead me to develop agoraphobia with my anxiety being a complicating factor. I wasn’t diagnosed. So I suffered. 3. Self-Worth I was left with no self worth. I started to experiment with who I was or what I thought would get attention. I was a femmy twink for awhile. I sought attention from older men who used me. I thought that was attention and love.

WINS WERE MISSING: WINS 1. Drugs I’ve been sober for over a year over a year now. My health, look, stability, ability, wealth have all transitioned. I didn’t think I could be this happy. I didn’t think I could do it all on my own. I have proven to myself beyond what I’m capable of. Sobriety has shown me to dream past what I’m capable of. 2. Bullying Bullying drove me to the gym. The body dysmorphia started a passion for my physique. The passion became pride in what I can accomplish. The accomplishment became discipline, accountability, and community. The discipline became a work ethic. The work ethic became content that tells my story and entertains me fans. 3. Self-Worth I love myself. I love who I am. I acknowledge I can pick a part my looks. I realize I’m not always comfortable being bald. I don’t like my little bit of skin on my stomach. These things can be looked past now. Beyond this, I know I’m worth a lot. This has a direct effect on the people I associate with and let in my life. 4. Independence I’m not just doing this on my own now. I’m thriving. Not only do I not think I need someone, but I also sometimes question if I want someone in my life now. My independence has given me the ability to live a life completely on my own and authentic to me. 5. Codependency I will always have codependent tendencies. Now I can recognize them as I feel them. Now I can look at these feelings of infatuation in a healthy way. I can mitigate the negative effects of codependency on my own.
