🧬 Would You Be Interested in a Peptide Educational Series?
Hey everyone, I’m considering adding a full educational series on peptides to the community, and before I start building it, I want to hear from you. Peptides have become incredibly popular, but there is also a lot of hype, confusion, and questionable information surrounding them. Some have meaningful human research behind them, while others are supported primarily by animal studies or early mechanistic evidence. My goal would be to break them down the same way we approach everything else here: biology first, evidence first, ideology last. We could explore peptides such as BPC-157, KPV, GHK-Cu, TB-500/Thymosin Beta-4, PT-141, GLP-1 related peptides, and others, looking at what they do, the pathways they influence, the quality of the human evidence, potential risks, and areas such as cardiovascular health, metabolism, recovery, body composition, sexual health, and longevity. This would be an educational series, not simply “here's a peptide, take this.” I want you to understand the biology well enough to separate promising science from marketing. Would this be something you'd like me to add to the community? And which peptide or area would you want me to cover first? Drop your thoughts below. 👇 Eat Based On Your Biology, Not Ideology™

Yes. I used BPC157 as part of a protocol along with red light therapy to help heal a scar and nerve damage from a Mohs surgery. Excellent healing of scar but no way of knowing with n=1, what helped with what....nerve damage takes time...
Fitness 101 Homework: Send Your Body a Signal
For the next 3 days, I want you to do one simple thing: Walk for 10 minutes after one meal each day. That’s it. Then come back here and tell me what you noticed: - Energy after the meal - Digestion - Blood sugar, if you track it - Mood - Sleep that night - Whether the walk felt easier by day 3 The point is not calorie burning. Muscle contraction itself helps pull glucose out of the bloodstream, movement increases blood flow and nitric oxide signaling, and repeated daily movement helps reinforce the biological systems we are trying to improve. If you already walk after meals, make your homework: 3 sets of 10 bodyweight squats once per day for 3 days. Then tell me how your legs, energy, balance, and recovery responded. Keep it simple. Do not suddenly add a full workout program. Consistency is the signal. Post your result below after 3 days. I want to see how many of you notice a difference from something this small.

I used a cgm for 2 weeks to check the impact walking after meals had on blood glucose levels. While I already have pretty stable bg, walking clearly made a noticeable difference -my levels remaining almost completely flat after meals. Now, nursing an achilles tendinitis, I'll be substituting some kind of effort on rower which seems to be ok for my tendon so far....

COQ10 - Ubiquinol form - Kaneka trademark
@Maurice Daher - Can you please discuss COQ10 - and when it is appropriate to take this supplement? Are the blood serum labs reliable? Should we test for COQ10? If so, what is the optimal range? I have been researching companies to purchase from. Pure Encapsulations does have the Ubiquinol form and the Kaneka trademark. Wow is this product pricey! Also, some companies add PQQ (pyrroloquinoline quinone) with COQ10. Is that a necessary ingredient? (I went to your mauricedaher.com website to look at your recommended products - and I don't see your store there anymore. Did you post elsewhere?) This topic would be great to discuss in SKOOL. Do you prefer to answer in this thread - or do a video - or discuss in school? Whatever you prefer. I am looking for COQ10 for 2 friends/family that have: been on statins and recently quit; have had a heart attack many years ago; 1 has A-fib; 1 has arrhythmia. You mentioned in SKOOL last week the dosage: those with heart issues take 300-400mg daily split into 2 meals; others take 200mg/day split into 2 meals. Did I get that correct? Is it a good idea to take COQ10 as a preventative and for general health? Especially as we get 'up there' in age? Thanks for your input.

Think this idea of redoing your supplement list to include why, when, and who will benefit is genius. It'll simplify things at your end to I'm guessing. @Maurice Daher

Yes, Maurice, I'm still interested. 2kg if there's enough. 1kg if that's helpful for others to have some who need it. Thank you.
