Emotional release of my soul
I think that I have had an emotional release of my soul many years ago. I was in the theatre watching Fatal Attraction. When the film arrived at the part where Glenn Close was standing in the bath with a knife and she was rubbing it on her leg, apart from the horrific side to the scene, I immediately burst into tears. I did not feel like these tears had any buildup and they did not make any sense to me. I rushed out of the cinema seating area and went into the toilet to calm myself down. I have always wondered about this experience. Wondering what it meant. From watching the Skool video, awakening the first element, this now makes some sense to me. I had previously thought it was perhaps something to do with a past life. The video suggests an emotional release for my soul.

What do tou think?
I recently received this question on Instagram: "I want to know if it’s possible to reach a point where nothing is impossible, meaning that the absolute impossible has been eliminated and there are no limitations to it. Does that mean we have the potential?" I found it to be a really interesting question. I have already shared my own thoughts with the person who asked it, but I'm genuinely curious to hear different perspectives. What are your thoughts?

As we learn more, we are able to do more. There is always more to learn. We think we know so much already, but we at the beginning of knowledge of our universe. I think that thoughts about things being impossible will change, because there will be more things that we think about as being impossible when we have already achieved previously impossible things.
Intuition - my inner voice.
Last Saturday, before I tripped and broke my shoulder, some words popped into my head. The words said ‘you’re not going the right way’. It’s interesting, because I had thought about going on a different route, and for some reason decided against doing that. It was almost as if I was taken on the wrong route on purpose. I wonder what would have happened if I had listened to my inner voice and turned around to go to the opposite way. Would I have fallen, or was there something worse ahead of me on the other route? Additionally, was the fall to stop me from experiencing something worse along the way that I was going? Next time I will listen to my inner intuition 🙂 hopefully it will guide me to the best route.

Thank you for your words of wisdom. 🙂
Dousing a broken shoulder
I have just been on holiday, which was in the end, not much of a holiday! I fell and broke my shoulder. It is my right shoulder. I use my right hand for dousing so I’m not very efficient at the moment! I am trying with my left hand. Before my injury, I was managing to use a key on a string, my watch and my husband‘s watch instead of a pendulum so things were going well. I hope to have my brain working enough to continue the learning and experimenting over the next few days. I am trying to use my left hand for healing my shoulder, I’m not sure if that’s working! Is anybody else able to try and do some healing on my shoulder for me? Thank you!

Weekly Challenge
For those who have watched the video about the Elements, here is a practice exercise for this week. Choose one element you would like to work with and a tool that represents it. Examples: 💧 Water: a bowl of water 🔥 Fire: a candle 🌬 Air: a wind spinner, feather or incense smoke 🌿 Earth: a potted plant or a stone ✨ Aether: a mirror Take a few moments to connect with your chosen tool. Set the intention that it responds to your questions. For example: • Water: Place a small leaf or feather on the surface. Ask it to spin clockwise for yes and anticlockwise for no. • Fire: Ask the flame to move to the right for yes and to the left for no. • Earth: Ask the plant to gently move for yes and remain still for no. • Aether (Mirror): Soften your gaze into the mirror and allow your eyes to relax. Ask your question and notice whether symbols, colours, images or other visual impressions begin to appear. Don't force anything to happen. Stay relaxed, curious and simply observe. Even if you don't receive a response immediately, you are practising one of the most important skills in intuitive development, learning to connect with intention and awareness. Share your experiences with the community. I'd love to hear what you noticed.

I have tried again, constantly asking for a yes. The leaf stayed put for ages then slowly went to the side where it was pulled in; it went to the top edge of the water. I then repositioned it and it wanted to be pulled to the bottom edge. No success with my intentions yet!

Having had no luck with the water, I thought I would try a necklace. It has a black gem which could be black tourmaline. I asked my pendulum if it would be suitable for rounding and stability; the answer given was yes. I then asked my necklace for a yes and discovered that if the gem was facing me, the 'yes' was a clockwise circle. If it was not facing me, the 'yes' was anti-clockwise. I then asked various questions, 'Is my name Sue..., etc' and received yes or no accordingly. Now I know that I can take my necklace out with me and use it if needed instead of my pendulum.
